Student review for Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Placement statistics of the college are quite good. For my course, it is amazing. According to the capabilities of students and company needs, they select students. The average package is about 6lpa nad the highest is upto 20 LPA on campus. Off campus, it has really good exposure at about 44 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is impressive enough. Classrooms are spacious, and Wi-Fi is provided in libraries. The book collection in the library is admirable. On-campus hostels are clean, and food facilities are also good enough. Sports courts are designed for students for basketball, badminton, cricket, etc.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is helpful and qualified enough for teaching students. Almost all the teachers are above average, and especially our HODs are very helpful in providing information regarding any topic. You will get good preparation for semester exams as they conduct repetitive exams for practice.
Other: Campus life is amazing in this college, according to me. As per my course, the faculty is appreciable in their field, and proper lab facilities are provided. The fests and events of the college are amazing. The campus surroundings are good, as malls and the metro are surrounding the college. Scholarships are also provided to the students.

Overall, the college is decent, and campus life is very good. You will enjoy living here.
Placements: Placements for my branch are below average, and only a few will get placed in core companies. Last year, many of my seniors got placed in sales companies, and only 2 or 3 got placed in core companies. Many seniors get placed off-campus easily in core companies. The college's placement cell is combined with the university placement cell.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs are average, and the hostel is good, but mess food is below average. All classes have AC installed and working properly. All classes are equipped with smart boards. In the hostel for boys, you have 2-seater AC and non-AC, 3-seater AC and non-AC, and 4-seater AC and non-AC rooms. For girls, there are only 3-seater and 4-seater rooms.
Faculty: Core faculty are well-educated, and there are 3 internal exams a year. Faculty will scare you that you will be detained if your attendance is below 75%, but that's not totally true. Don't mess with teachers. Keep your lab files and assignments up-to-date if you wish to score internal marks, and perform at least average in internal exams.
Other: I chose this course due to my interest. The campus life of this college is very good. One of the best fests happens here, and clubs are proactive.

Good infrastructure and facilities, satisfactory placement. The facilities are good .
Placements: After talking to seniors of my course, I came to know that 60 to 70 percent of the students have been placed. The highest package is 15 LPA, the lowest package is 3.5 LPA, and average package is 7.5 LPA offered in our course. Tata, Amazon, Wipro, Infotech, Reliance, etc.30 percent students got internship in ECE department and tata, Amazon, Google and many more. Top roles are the HR. , CREATIVE TEAM HEAD and etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities: No Wi-Fi, Decent classroom, well-maintained labs, The books in the library are also quite good but they are related to the curriculum only. Infrastructure is good On campus, the quality of food is average, and there are great food court areas. There are also average medical facilities. Many sports and game environments .
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, well qualified, like Ph.D.s, and from top colleges; they are knowledgeable in our subjects and other topics. Our college curriculum is based on AKTU and the NBA. This curriculum does not make students industry-ready. There are tough semester exams in this college. 40 is the pass percentage.
Other: There are many events in Delhi, including a popular fest called unifest. Good campus crowd, best connectivity, campus are surrounded with nature and under construction malls There are government and private scholarships .

Amazing place to grow yourself to a better self.
Placements: It has a very good placement record. The recruiters are good. The exams are fun to give. Selection is done. The company also gives a legit amount of package to place. Definitely worth coming to this college. The main recurring companies are Google, Red Bull, Dolittle, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is good. Vast grounds. Good sports facilities. Good laboratories to experience and experiments. Helpful teachers. The only con is that it doesn't have a lift. But everything else is very good. The hostel infrastructure is also very nice.
Faculty: The teachers are friendly in nature. They understand what the students are asking and help them as much they can. They teach in a very good way. The teachers support their class through every problem. Their support is very good for children, and we create great bonds with them.

Faculty is good. Hoping for good placements in the future. Decent facilities and infrastructure.
Placements: If I have to tell you about the percentage of placed students, it would be around 60-70% only. The average salary package offered is around 7 LPA - 8 LPA. In the future, this might change as students are getting or participating in hackathons. In respect of internships, I don't think my college provides anything.
Infrastructure: Facilities that are provided to us are minimal. First-year classrooms are like the same ones in school. We get better ones in our second year. Our labs are not bad. The college hostel is good, but I don't know many things about it as first-year students don't easily get it.
Faculty: Faculty members for my batch and course are very decent. All teachers are supportive. Some are new, so they are trying to adjust to this new atmosphere. All are highly qualified in their respective fields. Exams are increased due to the introduction of pre-university tests. Sufficient time is provided for end-semester exams.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a data scientist in the future. My rank is not very good, so I opted for this college, but it is a decent one. Its fee is low compared to others. It arranges many events and fests, so it is a good choice.

GCET Computer Science and Design.
Placements: The college offers an average placement of 3-5 LPA; the highest placement in 2024 was 21 LPA. There is a well-established placement cell at this college, but the opportunities for internships are very limited. It highly depends on your well-maintained CGPA; if it is below 7.5, it's a very tough battle for you.
Infrastructure: There is a well-maintained central library which is also air-conditioned, the latest generation systems are present in labs; and there is a well-maintained digital library. Huge classrooms with A.C. are there in few blocks; Playground is also there with a tennis and basketball court; and on campus, a hostel for boys and girls is present.
Faculty: The supportive faculty focuses more on attendance than skill-building opportunities; the syllabus is also not up to date with the latest curriculum; there are midterm exams before every semester exam; and semester exams are quite tough as the checking process at AKTU is very strict and Orthodox.
Other: Events are held every now and then. An annual festival by the name of Unifest is held every year, which is very grand in scale.
