Galgotias explore and view
Placements: All over, Galgotias College provides better placements for students. In our branch, VLSI engineering, this is the first batch passing in 2027. On the other hand, the ECE branch had more than 90% of students placed last year. The average package is 5 LPA, the highest package is 50 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA, which is good. More than 100 companies visit for campus placements.
Infrastructure: In Galgotias College, every department has a separate building. My department, ECE, is in B Block, which has better labs and classrooms, and the faculty lab assistants are highly qualified. The whole campus is Wi-Fi operated. Our hostels are also good, providing better food and security for students.
Faculty: Our faculty are very helpful and highly qualified. They help students develop their skills. Our course lasts for 8 semesters, with each semester having lab assignments and 2 mid-term exams. Our faculty are also motivational speakers who motivate students from time to time, helping guide them toward a better future.
Other: Overall, Galgotias College has a good ratio between faculty and students. The college conducts fests regularly for entertainment and skill development and holds workshops from time to time. Our college is full of plants, providing a pleasant environment, and it is located near Knowledge Park-2 metro, which connects all parts of NCR.

A thoughtful take and insightful review of Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: As per last year's record, about 90% of students got placed. The highest salary package of our college is 1.5 crores, and the average salary package is 5 LPA-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies that visited our college were Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, etc. Above 80% of students secured internships in different companies. In VLSI there are multiple roles offered like verification engineer, design engineer, and so on.
Infrastructure: The seating capacity of a classroom is 70 students with 2-3 exhaust fans. An air conditioner and projector are available in our classroom. Library has a separate building with air-conditioned space to study. Labs have almost sufficient materials. Hostel rooms are good whether they are 2-seater or 3-seater. The quality of food in the hostel is not that good. There are many stalls in the cafeteria. Sports items are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and cooperative, especially for 1st year students. They are well-experienced and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is too good as they use a mic and other tools to make the concept clearer. Semester exams are fully prepared as per AKTU guidelines. The pass percentage is a minimum 33%.
Other: As our country looks forward to SEMICON India, VLSI is the best option for students. The best thing is it's more practical and students can learn new things when they do full-time. Subject patterns could be improved, which could be more consistent. Many events are organized in our college and campus crowd is also good. Campus has a good environment. Merit-based scholarships and counseling facilities are available for students. UP government scholarship is offered to eligible students, who can apply by submitting mentioned documents. Extracurricular activities are also there like club auditions, AKTU sports fest, and many more.
