Candidate must have passed 10th grade or S.S.C. Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P/TS, such as Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education(ICSE), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), 10th class examination conducted by various State Boards
of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
Candidates from NIOS/APOSS/other recognized examinations deemed equivalent to SSC by the A.P. Government must have passed all subjects, including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, with a minimum of 35% marks in each subject.
Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in March-2024, and whose results are yet to be declared can also
appear for POLYCET- 2024.
There is no age restriction for appearing for POLYCET-2024.
Candidates must be Indian citizens and residents of the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Placements: About 60% of the students from our course got placed. The salary offered ranges between Rs. 10,000-60,000 per month. Top recruiting companies do not visit our campus for placements. The salary offered in our course ranges between Rs. 20,000-40,000 per month. About 60-68% of the students from our course got an internship.
Faculty: In our branch, there are few numbers of faculty members for teaching as compared to other branches. Teachers in our department are helpful.
Other: I have chosen this course because mining is the most important branch in present growing India for a better GDP. The mining industry plays a major part in developing the country.

I am proud to say that I am a student of GIET as all the provided facilities are good.
Placements: The placement rate is super. 640 placements are available in our college for all the branches as it will be more happy to say. The minimum salary offered is Rs. 25,000. I can proudly say that my college is the best in Andhra Pradesh. About 60% students were placed and the highest salary offered is Rs. 80,000 and the lowest offer is Rs. 20,000, while the average salary offered to the students will be minimum Rs. 40,000. According to the knowledge of the students, they will get the jobs.
Infrastructure: There are libraries, labs, equipment, Wi-Fi, sports and games, food court, medical facilities, etc., are available in my college. All of these facilities are very well-conditioned, and the hostel and the hostel mess are wonderful. I didn't face any issue regarding the infrastructure during my tenure at the college. My college is very good in providing these facilities. When you visit the college, you can surely say that it is a very nice. And some parks are also available in the college for eating the food, relaxing etc. The management will take care of all the facilities that are provided. In one word, I can say that it is a very fantastic college regarding the infrastructure.
Faculty: Of course, our faculty are very helpful to us and they are kind and knowledgeable. The digital teaching methods were used. 10:1 is the student to faculty ratio in our college. Of course, I got the industry exposure. The course curriculum is very useful to us because we can study on the basis of the curriculum. If there is any problem faced by us due to the faculty's teaching without any knowledge, the management will be calling the guest faculty for teaching. It is very nice about faculty in our college.
