Satisfied with the College.
Placements: Campus Placements are Good. As I am a fresher here so don't know much about the number of companies coming for the recruitment process but according to previous academic years around 70 % students were placed in companies with sufficient packages provided.
Infrastructure: College Infrastructure is not much good as we don't have separate departmental buildings for each department, College has to put efforts on this issue. Hostel facilities are good with proper safety and security. Mess of the hostel is also good providing healthy food.
Faculty: Faculty members of the college are helpful and friendly with the students, they share healthy relation with students. The teaching techniques of the faculty members are good. The college curriculum is also interesting covering all the essential topics and subjects required.

College is good only when you don't get any NIT or IIT.
Placements: Traditionally placement occurs in the final sem. but during my time it was bit different, cause placements happened throughout the final year and even after completion of the course. The highest salary was 6LPA (RARE) offered by L and T. Around 12 to 15 students were placed at the end, in companies like TCS, WIPRO, etc. Electrical is not that fun of branch in these college as project, and other activities occupies your whole time. The average package was 4 lac.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi availability in the college is very poor. Although for a government college the labs were really nicely equipped with all new machines. Hostel facility is not available for all. Admission are done on merit basis with reservation. Only one canteen which is in desperate need of renovation ( building+food).
Faculty: Teachers are helpful but the subjects are really tough especially from 5th semester onwards. Overall teacher staff is well qualified but some teachers are not available throughout the year. Yes the curriculum is very well developed it makes students industry ready.
Other: A constant demand for clean energy is our age old need and what better faculty than electrical to work on it. Internship programme from college too. 4 major events are held every year 1) Alumni meet, 2) zenith cultural festival, 3) prajwalan tech fest, 4) sports trophy (last name KCT).

I am little bit satisfied with the college infra. But the development is in progress.
Placements: Every year 50% of students get placed in Electrical engineering course. The lowest, average and the highest packages are 4 Lacs, 6 to 8 Lacs and 21 Lacs respectively. There is no prediction of the internships. Our College has so many Technical Clubs. In which we have chances to go at the IIT's all over the India and also for the international competitions.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the is not that excellent. But work is on the progress. Also this college is one of the most reputed colleges in the Amravati and Maharashtra as well. We have Wi-Fi facilities in the campus. Our Central Library is also good and contains all the books of our course. Hostel facilities are really excellent. Food is good at both mess and canteen. There is a festival of sports called as KCT every year. Also sports equipments are available in the Gymkhana.
Faculty: Faculty members are well educated and solve our doubts if any. Teaching quality depends on faculty to faculty. Our curriculum is as per the New Education Policy. Semester Exams are not too easy and not too hard also. Passing percentage is 40%. Also 75% attendance is mandatory to give the End Semester Exam.
Other: As I don't have interest in desk jobs choose Electrical Engineering. Here placements for this course are good. Faculty members are good. Our branch have much reputation in the college. We want more lab equipments of electrical engineering. Also percentage of the placements should increase every year. Syllabus want to be more industrial. There are much events to participate in. KCT, Prajwalan and Zenith are the three major events of the year. Also there are small events, competitions, sessions and many more activities happened here.

It is an overrated government college of engineering.
Placements: Placements provided here are below average for core departments. Mostly software companies like TCS, Wipro and Cognizant, conduct the recruitments. Computer and IT branches have good placements. The average salary offered is ranged between 3-3.5 LPA. There is a placement cell in the college which also provides the paid low-quality pre-placement training.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is extremely bad. The authority has put a notice stated that "live on your own risk" in the hostels. Most of the department buildings crossed their demolition date 10 years ago. Labs here are also outdated with no maintenance of equipment.
Faculty: Almost 70% of the faculty members are useless, and they don't have complete knowledge of the subjects. Lecturers are irregular and will teach only easy concepts. They need to be trained on their English language. Self-study is the only option to get through this institute. Lecturers here are not good at technological knowledge.

Student view of the GCOEA .
Placements: For placement, students have to maintain a minimum 7.5 CGPA. There are various companies that visit the college for placement, such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). The last year’s minimum package was 4 lakhs per annum and the highest package was 14 lakhs per annum. The college is an autonomous institute, so from last year, the college has adopted the New Education Policy (NEP). Because of this, each and every student has to complete a 6-month compulsory internship in the 7th semester.
Infrastructure: The entire college campus has full Wi-Fi connectivity. The library has thousands of books which are easy to access for the students. Each and every classroom has a digital board. The hostel is affordable, but the only problem is that only one boys' hostel is open, so boys have only 2 years of hostel accommodation, while girls have 4 years of hostel accommodation. The college is quite old, which is why construction work has started, and some departments are not available.
Faculty: Each and every faculty member is highly qualified and experienced. Faculty members are comparatively approachable. There are 2 exams to qualify: the mid-semester examination (MSE) and the end-semester examination (ESE). These are somewhat difficult to pass. To pass, you have to get 40 marks out of 100, and ESE has a separate passing criterion of 20 marks.
Other: The college conducts both a cultural festival and a technical festival. The cultural festival is known as Zenith, and the technical festival is known as Prajwalan. Prajwalan is known as central India's biggest technical festival. College students run some clubs, one of which is the Robo Teach Forum, which is one of the strongest teams in DD ROBOCON.
