A good college at verge of closing.
Placements: Placements are equally horrible as in all other private colleges. You will get to sit for about 5-7 companies and only a couple of them might be a job you would be interested in. Overall I must say placement is below average. Placement coordinator is a demotivating character. Only a few faculty members will guide you honestly and genuinely.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite attractive. Overall there are 3 blocks, classes are held in block A and B and Block has labs for mechanical and civil. Gardens are good, the ground is good, hostels are well-equipped. Greenery is commendable parking facility available.
Faculty: The course is thoroughly completed in every semester. Faculty are helpful, moreover, they will provide you with good internal marks to achieve a better final percentage. Helpful faculty helpful staff Encouragement for good students regular tests teachers with good knowledge and GATE scores.
Other: Crowd is not too good, a lot of local crowds, goony in nature. Moreover the college is in verge of closing as the investors are not getting expected results as there is a lot of downfall in number of admissions.

The college has good infrastructure, average faculty members and placements.
Placements: Placements in our college were subjective. It depends on your talent. But, the number of companies that visited were less because of the dooming engineering phase. Roles were offered in automobile, electronics, electrical, voice, non-voice and testing domains. Some of the students were placed, and some students were not. So, the placements were not 100%.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was pretty good. Buildings had all the required amenities. The facade was made of glass. The campus has an ATM, mess, canteen and a well-equipped ritzy computer lab. All the classrooms and offices are equipped with A/C. There were sports facilities and huge lawns. So overall, the infrastructure of the college was good.
Faculty: Some of the faculty members in our college were well-versed with their subjects, but some were not. A few faculty members were average. They were trying to teach passionately, but it did not click with some students somehow. Faculty members for electronics and communication were good. I am not much aware of other courses like computer science, mechanical etc.

Placements were good if you had the competency. Infrastructure was good and pedagogy could improve.
Placements: Placements offered by the college were mainly for technical roles. Companies like Aon Hewitt, Clearpath Technology, and Magneti Marelli visited the campus and recruited students. Placement packages ranged between Rs. 20,000-60,000 per month depending upon the profile and the company. Placements were not 100% as there was a competition among students and not many companies visited.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was fairly good. It had nice AC classrooms, well-equipped computer labs, canteen, and auditoriums. The campus had an ATM too. The library was huge and had many books for students. Quality of food served in the canteen was good, but there was scope to introduce variety in the menu. Also, hostel rooms were nice and equipped with AC.
Faculty: Faculty members in the college were good, but they could be improved especially by following up with more presentations and interactive pedagogy. Assignments could be more creative and related to practical knowledge. A faculty member would teach a batch of almost 50 students. There was a 6-month internship in the end that helped me get industry exposure.

Satisfied with the college but there are no placements after the completion of the graduation.
Placements: At the time of admission they will tell you the big company name for placement, but in reality, a single industry is not coming for placements. They are not arranging any interviews if you got any marks it doesn't matter they don't provide you with any placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. It is providing you with the best classrooms, medical facility and Wi-Fi. The labs are available, but there is no use of labs. The canteen is average. We can say that the infrastructure is average. There is no facility of games, and if you are in this college, they will give you burden.
Faculty: Some of the faculty are good, but nearly half of the faculty are having less knowledge. They will teach you like a school student. They just read books and copy the words. They will tell you to go with the syllabus, but they change their way of studying. There is a very poor ratio of faculty to student. One teacher will teach 3 subjects. There is no industry exposure
Other: The fests are organised in our college. There are no scholarships, and no extracurricular activities are available in the college.

Dissatisfied with the college.
Placements: Two companies visit the campus to recruit students from CSE or ECE. No placements for mechanical and civil students. Fees are also too much high as compared to the service provided. In my 4th year, I didn't see any company visiting the campus for placements of mechanical and civil engineering students.
Infrastructure: Have everything but not working properly. Wi-Fi is restricted, labs don't have models, either sports activities. The faculty members are not experienced, so they don't provide good knowledge about subjects and lab programs. The classrooms have the old pattern of study. The teaching staff are non-technical.
Faculty: There are only a few faculty members. In the 1st year, they show you complete faculty, but in the second year, they don't have complete class faculty, less experienced faculty. They don't have good knowledge of specific subjects. Less effective methods are used to study in the class. The teacher to student ratio is 1:60. Curriculum is not good.
Other: The faculty members are of private college B.Tech students. Few faculty are from MSc background and are doing PhD. They don't have enough students that why they do combine classes. Instruments are not in good working condition. They don't encourage the students for competitive examination. Also, the pattern is not good.

Dissatisfied because of no placements for our batch. No clear vision for the students about career.
Placements: The placement rate is very bad, low or almost zero. 8-10 students got the placements out of the 50-60 available. Very few good companies arrive at the campus. Nothing was clear about the packages offered to the students. Also, the companies that visit the campus are not much known in the market. Also, the students are not aware of the roles they are offered in the companies.
Infrastructure: An excellent infrastructure, air-conditioned classrooms, nice canteen, greenery and clean grounds, nice hostel facility. The college buses are provided for the students who are coming from Delhi. The buses are air-conditioned. The toilets are neat and clean, and classes are cleaned on a daily basis. The medical facilities are easily provided on the campus.
Faculty: The faculty is satisfactory. The teachers are regular to the classes. The course and the classes were completed on time. Some sectional tests were conducted for improving the performance of the students. The teachers were knowledgeable about their subjects, and they were helpful as well. We got the industry exposure in the last semester of our course.
Other: The crowd in satisfactory. The college is located in the Bilaspur town. As the college is strict regarding the ragging, there is no ragging in the college. There is a lower ratio of girl students in college. The library is very excellent. The level of the education is satisfactory. The college is strict with the examination rules, no cheating was allowed in the exams. The teachers are co-operative. There is an ATM on the campus. The connectivity of the campus is satisfactory. The computer labs are good. The fees of the college are Rs. 4 lacs for the four years excluding the hostel fees and the bus fees.

Sir, it is not possible to change branch. You are a little bit late to ask this question. The criteria for branch change is after 1st year i.e. 2nd sem of engineering. After 4th sem, you can't change branch. Now, your son will have to carry on with the same branch.
