Placements: The college brings in good companies for placements. Packages are phenomenal for certain courses. But students of humanities courses like history and philosophy naturally do not get many placements. If we observe at the college level, it is great, but there are few opportunities for people who are from subjects like history.
Placements: The placement cell organises seminars and workshops on career-related matters. The placement percentage is 95%. Some organizations that participated in the placement program are Google, Deloitte, HDFC, KPMG, Maruti, Jaypee, Ernst and Young, Protiviti, DE Shaw, Essar, and Royal Sundaram Alliance.
Placements: Hindu College is one of the prestigious colleges at Delhi University. The placement cell it is great and always performs up to the mark. In our course, we have approximately 65% of the students placed in prestigious companies like Amazon, Samsung, One Plus, etc. Many venture capitals also come for placements. Top roles offered include management roles, finance roles, equity analysts, etc.
Placements: Hindu College provides a network of placements for the commerce and the corporate sector. However, for the science courses, no such placements are highlighted as most of the students go for further studies but people seeking work after that B.Sc degree get jobs in the corporate sector in the companies like TCS and Wipro.
Placements: First of all, I am grateful that I have completed my 3 years of graduation from Delhi University. My experience was commendable and interesting. I learnt lots of things that can I use as of experiences. But unfortunately, because of covid we had online sessions. So, I had an internship as well. And I am the average percentage student. But I'm able to crack interview. Soon I'll catch the company with higher package.
Placements: Students of Economics (H) are more prone to get placed from Hindu college. Almost 25 students out of 65 applied for placements and among them 17-18 got placements. The packages will be within 6-13 LPA, most of the packages will be confidential too. Companies recruiting includes Amazon, Barclays, Accenture, few private banks etc. Almost 90% of students applied for internship got selection. Students gets selection to Unpaid NGOs too. Few companies offers internships are My Gate FedEx, Archies, Bhu...
Placements: Placements are provided only for the stats department. Other departments do not get placed but still, if you want placements, you will have to learn extra skills which are not related to your course. Then you can compete openly in different branches and could make it to the placement.
Placements: We had a good number of students in our batch. Some of our batchmates are offered a salary package of around 11 LPA. It is a great university both campus and study-wise. I am thankful to lecturers to help us to excel in our course.
Placements: If you are pursuing or have completed your graduation from Hindu College, it's not mandatory to get placements. However, after getting a college degree from this college, you have a better future because, after M.A, you have 90%-95% of chances to be Ad-hoc professors in any university or any college.
Placements: There are not as many placements for the students pursuing Bachelors in Political Science in Hindu College. Normally the Arts subjects have less scope in getting placements. But there are many internships for the students in these streams. There is a placements cell working in the college for the students and they can approach at any time for help.
Placements: I am pursuing a chemistry Hons course from Hindu College. Placements are not more after or during the course compared to other courses like B.Com Hons, etc. However, students get a chance to work on several innovation projects under the guidance of faculty members. If the project is related to biochemistry, then students can get a chance to work with biology and chemistry faculty members. Currently, I am doing an internship that is based on scientific writing under one of our teachers and 3 othe...
Placements: In Physics (Hons.), usually, students do not get placed upon completing the course. If you really need a job, then you can go for consulting companies, and also you can try your luck in software companies because a bit of coding is taught to us. I think 1-2 students from our batch of 130 students get a job at the end of the degree.
Placements: The placement percentage is 95. Hindu College provides placements in almost every course. Some recruiting companies are Google, Deloitte, HDFC, KPMG, Maruti, Jaypee, Ernst and Young, DE Shaw, Essar and Royal Sundaram Alliance. It also organises various seminars and workshops related to our career.
Placements: My course is physics, so there are very less opportunities for placements as most of the students just opt for their PG after this course. However, some students got placements from other courses like commerce and economics. As Hindu is a very good college, it has very good placements.
Placements: Our college is partly awesome because of the diversity which you are going to get once you take admission. My friend from economics course got a salary package of 12 LPA. Our college has a placement cell. You need to register in it for placements, and it will update you regarding placements. I got an aggregate of 8.1 overall.
Placements: Basically, those students who pursue Political Science course in Hindu College mostly aspire to prepare for UPSC, Law, or higher studies in the subject itself. None of the students from our batch attended for placements. Political Science students generally opt for higher studies than a job.
Placements: A lot depends on your abilities and how you have groomed your personality during the college time. One of my senior got placed in bayne for 13 LPA, another for 19 LPA. The placement percent is not very high as it is a graduation degree and companies look for skills not your marks.
Placements: About 10% of students in our course got placed, and the rest of them go for research work and for higher studies. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top companies like Amazon, Google and Microsoft visited our campus for placements.
