Review of Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Around 30-40% of students get placements in many companies. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA in our course. All students get internships in Royal Enfield, Cisco, Echer, etc. In our college, they provide more opportunities for students to develop their skills.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department is very good and students have all types of equipment in our laboratory. Students have separate places and laboratories to do project ideas. The infrastructure of the hostel is very good and comfortable. The hostel food is of average taste but healthy. Students have more canteen for eating anything, and it is very tasty and hygienic.
Faculty: Our professors behavior is friendly with students. They teach until students understand that. Their teaching is easy to understand. The course is relevant for the students to work in the industry. The semester exam is very easy to pass because students have good teaching professors.
Other: Our department has a good future. In our college, they mainly focused on robotics. Our department helps with more national-level events on our campus.

Absolutely satisfaction because of faculty and good placements in 2020. And the freedom given.
Placements: In our college there were about 50 to 60 percent of the students placed. However our college placement companies offered lower salaries range which is 176000. The highest package is 700000 per annum. Top recruiting companies are Axis global, Tcs, Cts, etc. Top roles offered are Design engineer, maintenance engineer. Students got internship from tier related companies. College will not provide any internship students will get the opportunity to get a internship.
Infrastructure: In our college there is a big library and good surroundings. eco friendly campus and there is no Wi-Fi facility available for students. Classroom infrastructure is good. In our college they provide good importance to sports and other extra curricular activities. Our hostel rooms surrounding is good. But the food is not good in taste.
Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified and they are very helpful to students. They provide practical knowledge to students to learn new things. Yes the course curriculum relevant for the students to prepare for the industrial works and manufacturing areas all the things are provided to students.
Other: Mechanical + electronics= mechatronics. Combinations of two courses so I selected it for the reason.

I suggest not to choose mechatronics department.
Placements: If you need a job in your domain, it is impossible to get. If you have a good score, you can get into any one of the software companies. There may be some companies related to your domain, but the salary offered will be Rs. 8,000-12,000 per month. The placement scenario is the worst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good. The hostel is also good. You may not get an excellent infrastructure, but the medium quality is assured. The worst things are you will not get good drinking water in the college. Filters of the water dispenser are never changed.
Faculty: The course syllabus is good, but no faculty will teach you up to the mark. Only very few faculty are talented. You may find two or three good faculty members in a department don't expect more. Please don't choose mechatronics department because it is good, but the HOD is the worst.

Totally dissatisfied with faculty performance, lack of lab facility & also placements.
Placements: Only IT industries came and no core companies came. The only known big company which is Cognizant Technology Solutions. Internship was arranged by students individually nothing made by the college. Ya placement cell was there. It is not efficient as it looks like.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and Library are extra ordinary sports and games also good. Other than that labs will be not that much good with all the facilities and all. And sometimes labs are not fully installed also it is not fair for the students. Lab facilities differ by department wise.
Faculty: Not all the Teachers are helpful because no one had that much knowledge about the subject. Some performed well as they wanted to teach the students. Others had classes just like that and no one really wanted the students to really understand the subject.
Other: There will be lot of events like Hilaricas on Feb'14 for the whole Hindusthan students and Inspire for our college only. And also Onam celebration for Kerala studnets.

The college has good faculty, infrastructure, and the other funny fest.
Placements: The core companies are not involved, but some of the companies were interested in selecting the candidates. They conduct some special classes for the campus. Only 5% of the student got selected for that job qualifications. They organise the team to prepare the student for the interview. All the student's biodata were stored in their system. Most commonly, IT and the other software related company are appearing to select the candidates.
Infrastructure: The massive infrastructure is over here. All the facilities are available within the campus. The best of this college is the infrastructure and facilities. The bus facilities and the other mode of transportation is good. Here, over natural infrastructure and gaming grounds are available.
Faculty: The staff members are well-trained, and they had efficient stuff in their subject. They are not only taught the subject but also taught how to face the world in future. Mechatronics is the combination of the mechanical and electrical subject, so we studied both in one course.
Other: February and March are the fest months on the campus.
