ICSI CS Application Form, Registration June 2025 (Open): How to Apply Online

Only candidates who have registered for the ICSI CS exam will be able to enroll for the ICSI CS exam. The ICSI CS June 2025 registration is ongoing for CS Executive, Professional programmes. The last date of registration for ICSI CS June 2025 single module is January 31. The enrollment process for ICSI CS January 2025 session (without late fee) will commence on February 26. Step 1- Visit the official website- icsi.edu

Step 2- Click on the 'Student' and then 'My Account' tab

Step 3- Now click 'Examination Enrollment' & then click on 'Submit Examination Form'

Step 4- Candidates must now enter the following details:

• Centre
• Modules
• Medium

Step 5- Proceed to pay the enrollment fee

Step 6- Download the generate acknowledgement after the payment of enrolment fee

ICSI CS June 2025 enrollment process for CS Executive and CS Professional programme will commence from February 26, 2025. Candidates who have already registered for the CS Executive programme/ CS Professional programme can to enroll for the programme. Candidates can enroll for the CS June 2025 session till precribed last date without late fee. Candidates enrolling after the mentioned date have to pay the late fee of INR 250 per subject. To fill the ICSI CS Executive examination application form, candidates must ensure to keep the following documents ready to avoid any last minute hassle. Check the list of documents mentioned below:

1. Photography of the candidate
2. Signature of the candidate
3. DOB certificate or 10th pass certificate
4. Qualification certificate- Class 12th marksheet/certificate or CSEET pass certificate
5. Category certificate (if any except general)
6. Any of the following identity proof- Aadhaar Card/Passport/Voter ID /Pan Card/Driving License/Ratio Card

To upload the above mentioned documents, candidates must ensure to upload the scanned documents in prescribed size and format mentioned below:

1. All the files should be present in one of the following formats (jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, pdf).
2. The maximum allowed file size is 2 MBs.
3. File size of student photos should be between 20kb to 50kb.
4. File Size of student signature should be between 10kb to 20kb.

CS Executive examination for Dec 2024 session will be held in offline mode. Candidates will have to report at the alloted exam centre on the day of exam day. Candidates will be able to know the alloted exam centre when the admit card is released. The ICSI CS Executive exam will be held across India. Candidates will be able to choose the preferred CS Executive exam city while filling the application form. Candidates must carefull read the exam day instructions mentioned on the admit card. Test takers failing to adhere by the instructions will be disqualied. 

Yes, candidates belonging to categories other than General category are given concession in the ICSI CS registration fee. Check the table below to know the concession details:

Candidates must submit the following documents along with the ICSI CS application form to avail the scribe facility:

• Disability Certificate issue by the Medical Board/doctor of not below the rank of Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent of a Central or State Govt. Hospital/ Medical College, certifying the nature (permanent or temporary) and percentage of disability and its duration affecting his/her ability and/or the
  normal physical functions, and
• Letter of permission issue, if any, by Sr. Secondary Board/University in 10th, 10+2, or Degree Examination in which Candidate had appeared; or
• Permission granted by other reputed professional institutes/educationalexamining bodies, such as — UPSC, SSC, State Public Service Commission, etc., allowing such assistance for appearing of a Scribe and/or Extra-time in the earlier Examinations, and
• Full size photography showing the disability. 

While filling the ICSI CS 2025 application form, candidates must ensure to checklist the following details:

1. Select ICSI CS examination centre, the combination of modules (s) and medium of examination carefully.

2. Retains a copy of the ICSI CS registration receipt for the examination fee generate online at the time of enrollment fee payment

3. Check ICSI CS application fee transaction status after paying the fee, in case of a failed transaction, re-submit the enrollment form again

4. If the enrollment fee amount is deducted from your bank account or credit/debit card and the acknowledgement slip is not generate, contact your bank

5. In case of payment of examination fee through Canara Bank Challan, deposit the cash in the bank within the scheduled date.

CS Executive examination is held twice in a year- June and December. Candidates must ensure to fulfill the below-prescribed eligibility criteria to appear for the CS Executive examination:

• Candidate must have passed the CS Executive Entrance Test or CSEET with the required score. 
• Candidate must have cleared the Foundation Examination of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India
• Cleared Common Proficiency Test (CPT) of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
• Arts, Science, and Commerce Graduates/ Post Graduates (excluding Fine Arts) are eligible for admission to the CS Executive programme.
• Candidates must not be less than 17 years of age. 

ICSI CS Dec 2024 enrollment process will commence soon after registration process is over. Candidates while filling the enrollment form are advised to enter the details carefully. Enrollment form once submitted cannot be edited. However, authorities open the windows for enrollment services wherein candidates can edit the few details. Candidates will be given a chance to edit any details if required before the deadline. No seperate request for change in enrollemnt form will be entertain. Candidates can avail services till November 20, 2024. Request for change commenced on October 16. Applicants can avail the following enrollment services:

• Change of module (Students will not be allowed to increase/decrease the number of modules originally enrolled)
• Change of medium
• Cancellation of exemption request
• Resubmission of call for requisite documents for granting exemption on the basis of the higher qualification

ICSI CS Professional programme registration are open throughout the year. Only candidates who qualified the CS Executive examination will be able to register for the CS Professional programme. ICSI will open the CS Professional 2024 enrollment services for June 2024 session. Candidates who will have filled the CS Professional application form will be able to edit or modify the details in the enrollment form. Candidates will be able to avail services within the given time period. The dates for ICSI CS Professional June 2024 session has been announced.
