IIT Gandhinagar Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: Placements are good but not much attractive for core disciplines so far as I am concerned. The image is improving at a very rapid rate, and the tag IIT is always a matter of pride for any graduate student compared to other colleges.

Placements: About 60% of the students got placed in the last batch. The highest salary package offered is about 15 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is about 4 LPA and the average salary package offered is about 7 LPA. Top companies include DRDO, HPCL, etc. More than 80% of the students got an internship in companies. Both academic and industrial internships are available.

Placements: Overall, the placement rate was around 60% here. Many of the students opted for a masters course and post-graduation programme. Internship opportunities were provided by Caltech. Many students got placed with the role of analysts. From the civil engineering branch, students opted for geo-tech interns and management interns.

Placements: IIT GN is one of the top institutes in India. It had a very good placement record. The average salary package offered was 10 LPA, whereas the highest salary package offered was 60 LPA. So if you want a good salary package, you should choose IIT GN. Around 50% of the students of IIT GN got placed in various companies.

Placements: The college has a good track of records in terms of placements opportunities, however many students despite of going for placements chose for higher studies. One of my senior was placed for a package of 18lpa. Many students have secured internships in various organisations.

Placements: 100% students were placed in my course last year. Top recruiting companies were GOOGLE, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and many more. The highest package was 16 Lacs. The lowest package was 7 Lacs Average package was 10 Lacs. 99% got internship in my course in companies like Tech Mahindra, Genapct, etc.

Placements: About 50% of the students will get placed from our course with the lowest salary package of 3 LPA and the highest salary package of 18 LPA. L&T and HPCL are the main companies which offer placements here. Almost 100% of the students get internships. For internships, companies like Oyo, JB Cement, HPCL, etc., visit our college. Civil engineering is one of the best branches in this institute

Placements: Many companies came to the campus for giving opportunity to students for job. More then 70% students got campus selection with healthy package. The minimum package is 6 lacks. It means you will get at least 6 lac pr year as your salary. The average salary offered by companies 15 lac.

Placements: Every year, placements are improving. In the year 2020, it is expected to be high. Till now, the highest salary package offered is 40 LPA. Almost 70-80% of the students were placed. In the 3rd year, all the students are getting placed, and almost 20-30% of the students got a foreign internship. Many students go to good foreign colleges for doing an internship.

Placements: Placement department of our college is very cooperative as they focus on every student. Companies have declined over the years because of the college location. Moreover, students are declining the placements offers after getting placed.

Placements: Placements are declining year by year as number of good companies which earlier used to come are not coming.70% students were placed last year. The highest package was offered by Goldman Sachs which was 28 Lacs and minimum was around 3-4 Lacs. For internship around 90% got internships out of which 40% was foreign internship and for domestic maximum was 90000 in Nutanix and minimum was 5000. Many companies like TCS, Nutanix, Mahindra, L&T, Strand Life, Fractal came for internship and placements.

Placements: Placements in our college are one of the best in India. As this is one of the IITs, the highest salary package offered for the mathematics department was about 1.2 crore per annum. Moreover, the average salary package offered for the CSE department is also good, and it is around 25 LPA. The average salary package offered by MNCs is 15 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 9 LPA. So, overall placements are very good.

Placements: The college has a good placement record. However, most of the students go for higher studies, yet it has a good placement record. Two of my friends applied for placements, and one of them got selected with a package of 18 LPA. Many students got internship opportunities in various institutes across the world.

Placements: Placements for mathematics batch are not much good because M.Sc mathematics students are not interested in appearing for placements. They opt for higher education after M.Sc. In 2018 batch, 1 student was selected, and 2 persons were selected in 2017 batch.

Placements: Only placements for Masters in physics are for JEE coaching. But as a physics enthusiast you can get ticket to admission in Ph.D. at some of the best international colleges in the world. Also you can do Ph.D. from the same college if you got good scores.

Placements: IIT Gandhinagar is one of the top institutes in India. It has a good placement record. The average package offered to the students was 10 LPA, whereas the maximum package offered was around 50 LPA. If you want a good placement, you should choose Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar. About 50% of the students get placement in various companies.

Placements: The placements were good in senior batch and also in my batch. Firstly, the students have to fill the form whether they want to sit in the placements or not. After that, every student uploads resume on the Google drive, and he/she receives a lot of comments to make it better. Around, 80 percent of the students got placed in my batch. Placements: The percentage of placements in the students is great though out last five years of IT Gandhinagar. Our seniors and classmates got the number of placements from here. So many pharmaceuticals like Cadillac, Sun Pharmaceutical, etc., and the others companies like Next Education, Reliance Jio, Tata Consultancy, HPLC, Indian Oil, etc., are the major one, who are invited for the campus placement. Lots of seniors are doing the job right now, and this happens only due to such great opportunity from IIT...

Placements: The placements for mechanical engineering are comparatively good relative to other branches especially, the electrical. Almost all the students get the foreign internship. This year, IIT Gandhinagar had the highest placement ratio compared to other IITs in which participation by B.Tech was much less.

Placements: Being one of the premier institutes of the country, Indian Institute of Technology has some of the best placements across the country. The computer science department is quite good, and we have some good placements here with an average package offered to CSE students is crossing 20 LPA.
