JEE Advanced 2025 Study Plan

Candidates should have a strong study plan for JEE Advanced 2025 if they wish to have a higher chance for IIT admission. While determination is one of the key factors while preparing for the exam, the candidates should also consider some tricks and tips which can be used as their study plan to have a positive performance.

  • Be Familiar with the Syllabus – It is recommended that the candidates go through the official JEE Advanced 2025 syllabus before starting the preparation. By knowing the syllabus, the candidates will be able to know which topics are to be studied for the examination and this will let them create a good timetable for themselves.
  • Be Regular with Practice – While studying every day is absolutely essential, candidates should not forget to regularly practice using mock tests. By solving mock tests, the candidates will be able to assess their preparation progress. Candidates can also recognize their commonly made mistakes through the mock tests and work on it.
  • Focus on Analytical Aspects – Since most of the JEE Advanced questions will be analytical in nature, the candidates are advised to focus on the analytical aspects of the syllabus. Numerical questions should also be regularly practised since they will also be present in the JEE Advanced question paper.
  • Prepare Timetable – Proper planning is highly required while preparing for JEE Advanced 2025. Candidates are advised to create a timetable that has divided the subjects well while giving enough time for revision and mock tests. The timetable should be followed by the candidates.
  • Good Health is Necessary – Candidates should take good care of themselves. In order to bring out their best during the examination, the candidates should be healthy. Candidates should try to avoid junk food and eat healthy food while getting good sleep.

4 Hours (Morning)

Candidates should start the day with new topics. During the three hours, the candidates should make sure to study topics from different subjects so that the process does not feel monotonous.

3 Hours (Afternoon)

During this time, the candidates should revise whatever they had studied the day before and try to identify their weak areas. Mock tests and sample papers should also be solved.

2 Hours (Evening)

Candidates can opt to study new topics or revise what they had studied in the morning or any topics that they have a hard time understanding.

JEE Advanced has two papers. Each paper has 3 parts (Physics, Chemistry and Maths) and each part has four sections. Every section has a particular marking scheme. As per the later paper pattern, the marking scheme in each of these sections are as follows:
