IIT Guwahati has good placements and infrastructure.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good and approachable. The course curriculum is well-structured and a mix of theoretical knowledge and practical applications. We have two main exams which are mid-semester and end-semester exams, other than that most evaluation is done through quizzes, assignments, etc.

Modern campus with excellent infrastructure. Faculty is very good.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. But despite that, their teaching quality is not as good as it should be. Except for some professors, others' way of teaching is pretty boring. The semester exams are not much difficult; they are according to what was taught in class.

Best college with the best placement.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful in teaching and qualified with the highest degree and PhD. The teaching quality is good. Course curriculum is relevant to chemistry. Teachers provide a practical experience with the lab and make students ready for industry. The semester exams are hard to pass but if you study hard, then we can score good marks.

Campus is so beautiful and surrounded by mountains.

Faculty: Examinations are conducted two times per semester, first are sessional exams and then final exams. Faculty members are good and we have different teachers for all subjects. There are 3 course-specific subjects in every semester and 3 or 4 skill-enhancement subjects. My favorite faculty member is Suman Ma'am, who taught C language in our first semester.

Fully satisfied with the facilities here, very good infrastructure, sports facilities, etc.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, and they are very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The semester exams were a bit tough because of the huge crowd in the first two semesters.

Engineering Physics is good only for research.

Faculty: No doubt, IIT Guwahati has one of the best faculty members in India. Teaching quality is not very bad. Some professors are good and some are very bad at teaching. The EP course is far irrelevant for any industry but it is good if we are interested in research. Semester exams are difficult in the Physics department as professors here are not very supportive.

Nothing to improve; our college is doing their absolute best.

Faculty: The faculty and student relationship is good. They are very close to students to clarify doubts and other things. Some exams are easy, like Environment and Basic Mechanical, but some subjects like Thermodynamics and more are difficult. Faculty is also very good at clarifying doubts and teaching.

My life at IIT Guwahati.

Faculty: Semester exams are a bit tough, and the curriculum is a bit hectic. After Delhi and Kanpur, the hectic curriculum is of IIT Guwahati only. Otherwise, from the 2nd year, the chemical engineering branch is a bit tougher with respect to the first year, and the internal exams are a bit tough.

Really very good college and had a great experience.

Faculty: The faculty is the best in our college. Teachers are very helpful in teaching. The teachers' methodology of teaching is very good. Our faculty are from top companies and have worked. They have more than 20 to 30 years of experience. Practical experience is provided and makes the student ready for industry. The semester exams are hard to pass. The passing percentage is 90%.

Honestly, very good infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: Really, the teachers are very helpful, highly qualified, and highly knowledgeable. Teaching quality is extremely good. For industry readiness, it may not be in the first year, but after that, the real race for industries starts. Semester exams are at a good level. I cannot say extremely difficult, but they are extremely good papers.

Really good college life and placement.

Faculty: The professors here undoubtedly have immense qualifications and experience. They also have good research papers. But, when it comes to the curriculum, in Engineering Drawing, we still have to make drawings and structures by hand, although nowadays we have the latest technologies to do the same.

Overall, l would like to say everything is best.

Faculty: The teachers who teach us are great; we have got to thank them all. They helped us a lot; they learned the basics well and were good at thinking in different ways to answer student questions. Yes, this course has a curriculum that prepares students for work, gives them some skills, and teaches them some programming and other subjects. The second part is harder to understand and not so easy to read. But the passing rate is good: 71%.

Indian Institute of Technology.

Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified, professionals, knowledgeable, and skillful, but their teaching quality was not much good. This course is curriculum relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The semester exam was tough, and the passing percentage was 45%.

The great college life of 2024.

Faculty: Most faculty members of our college are very good. They teach very nicely and help with doubts. But some faculty members are also there who are not too good at teaching and do not entertain doubts. Semester exams are tough but can be passed. Pass percentage is good.
