The selection process involves a Personal Interview (PI) with a 40% weightage, Application Rating (AR) contributing 20%, and CAT score accounting for 40% at the final selection stage. The Aggregate Score, derived from these components, determines the candidates' selection, emphasising the importance of their CAT performance.
