IIITDM Kurnool MTech curriculum is divided into semester-pattern. During the three-year duration, students are required to study various courses including both theoretical and practical subjects. Apart from this, students are also required to complete a dissertation and one Online Skill Development Course from NPTEL. For both of these works, students get 15 credits each. 

Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Kurnool offers a two-year MTech programme, which is spread across four semesters. The modes of IIIT Kurnool admission 2024 are online and offline. Admission to various courses at IIITDM Kurnool is based on entrance exams and merit. At the UG level, the college offers a four-year BTech in four specialisations. Admission to the BTech programme is based on JEE MAin scores. The aspiring candidates need a minimum of 75% in class 12 to be eligible for the BTech programme. At the PG level, the college offers two-year M.Tech in three specialisations. The IIIT Kurnool also offers Ph.D. courses to students.

Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately.
