The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Kancheepuram BTech fee is INR 5.8 lakh - INR 7.3 lakh. At the UG level, the college offers a four-year BTech in four specialisations. Admission to the BTech programme is based on JEE MAin scores.
