IET DAVV Indore (2020-2024) review.
Placements: The highest on campus package is of 20 LPA and off-campus is 57 LPA. Mainly Coding and Tech companies visit the college. Non-tech companies came this year with a huge intake of 62 with 14 LPA. Hard work can easily get you a good package. Skills are all that you need to focus. Learn DSA, ANDROID, WEB DEVELOPMENT, etc. in this college. Don’t do mistake of getting a low CGPA.
Infrastructure: New hostel is awesome. Old hostel like A & B are not that good. But you can manage to live in the government hostel. Although LAN connection is available so no problem of internet. Only 1 Mess is running so food is not up to mark. But it's average. Sometimes, it provides the worst food. Little problems with toilet cleaning and water issue persists. But there is no problem of electricity.
Faculty: 3 MST and 1 semester exams consist of a semester. 2 mid semesters are compulsory to get into end semester exams. Some teachers are good but most of the faculty is below average. But in college, you have to study by yourself, attend the classed regularly and get a GPA of around 8 with little efforts and dedication. Don't do the mistake of not studying for the whole semester. It will surely downgrade your results. Teachers do not give marks for free. So you must study to avoid failure.
Other: Campus life has not been up to the mark from last 2 years because of the Covid. Indore is really a nice place. The college is the best to study for free with Medhavi scholarship. It's for many but not all.

My overall experience and truth in IET DAVV.
Placements: This year, the highest salary package offered is 50LPA and the minimum salary package is 3 LPA - 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, VMware, Grow, and many big companies and startup companies. Top IT sector companies also visit our campus. They allow students of all branches. All students complete internship.
Infrastructure: The IET DAVV University has great infrastructure with all possible amenities. Great LAN connections and Wi-Fi services. Almost all sports equipment and grounds are available. The labs are well built-in with all essentials. Hostel are great and spacious. There is also a huge terrace. It has twin sharing rooms. The food needs improvement also there is in time of 8 pm. Room are fewer and so allocated on first come first serve basis.
Faculty: In IET DAVV courses are well designed and upto the latest guidlines. It would be better if more industrial exposure is provided. Faculty members have quite good knowledge and they know what they are teaching and explain things thoroughly. But the management is good or not good.
Other: The most famous event is Aakshank. We have too many clubs in our college like feedbox, phoenix, E-Cell. E-Cell is our event organiser for most of the events in college. Our library provides 4 books of our choice for the 1 semester and has an adequate amount of books. But for sports facilities, we have to go to the main Takshila campus as we don't have any sports grounds. We also organise one of central India's biggest events Aakshank. This is a 2-day event which we enjoy so much. Even some celebrities also come to this event. Overall campus and social life are good. You will not regret coming to this college.

An honest review by a student of IET DAVV.
Placements: At IET DAVV, the average yearly placement is approximately 60 to 70 percent, with the highest package being 28 LPA and an average package of 5 LPA. Companies like NRI Fintech, Deutsche Bank, ZS Associates, and many others visit the college. Around 40 to 50 percent of students secure internships.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, with each department having its own building, labs, workshops, library, and incubation center. Wi-Fi is available on campus and in the hostel. The hostel rooms are double occupancy, and the mess, which serves average food, is located near the hostel. Hostel seats are limited, and the sports facilities are lacking, with no big ground on campus; students have to go to the university for sports.
Faculty: The faculty members are supportive, well-qualified, and trained. The curriculum is very good, focusing on the technical development of students, which helps in placements. The semester exams are average, not too tough, and almost all students pass easily and perform well.

More than 35 students got placed with a salary package of above 8 LPA.
Placements: Most of the students from the computer science branch get placed in Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, etc. MNCs visit this campus every year and offer a salary package of 3.5 LPA. A lot of companies visited here other than mass recruiters. Nuclei offered a salary package of 20 LPA. The highest salary package offered until now was 19 LPA, and it was offered by VMware.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good here, and there is a separate building for every branch. There are labs here, and before COVID-19 pandemic, we used to have lab classes and lab work daily. The mess here is not huge as the mess of other colleges. You'll only get poha here and some packed food items. However, apart from this, you will surely like college life here.
Faculty: I am studying in the electronics and instrumentation branch. Faculty members here are PhD holders and have more than 20 years of teaching experience. They are very much interactive with students. They will help you in your competitive exams also like GATE, etc.
Other: In IET DAVV, Asia's hugest cultural fest named Akshank is organised. In the year 2019, KK singer and Rahat Indori visited here as special guests to perform. Our college organises a Dj night in the annual fest. If you are socialised, then this college is the best for you.

Overview of IET DAVV Indore.
Placements: Approximately 80% of students secure placements through campus hiring. This year, the highest package reached 28 LPA, with an average of around 8 LPA and the lowest at 3 LPA, often offered by mass recruiters. Internship opportunities become available in the fourth year, and roles offered include software developers and core engineers.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi coverage spans the entire campus and is accessible with student IDs. The library is open, but its hours are limited. The classrooms show signs of aging, while the labs boast modern and well-equipped facilities. Hostels are available, but they tend to fill up quickly, leading many students to opt for off-campus accommodation.
Faculty: The teaching staff is generally good, with a few exceptions, as is common in any institution. All instructors are well-qualified and knowledgeable. The curriculum includes three midterm tests, with the best two considered, making it favorable. Semester exams are manageable if students consistently study throughout the year.
