When you don't have a option.

Placements: For post graduation students the placement offers are very less. The percentage of students placed is less than 10%. But if you are really determined then you can get one for sure. Work hard get one. Also there is a aptitude teaching section. All the very best.

Infrastructure: Everything is very great and it's very good but in monsoons the college just gets flooded. The water drainage is the worst of all. But other infrastructures are very good. The cafeteria is also near by so you can enjoy your leisure times. So come and have a great time.

Faculty: Teachers are very nice and helpful. The course curriculum is okok because they finish the entire semester course in just three months. So you can imagine the speed. And exams are neither difficult nor easy. It's just like other colleges. So come and enjoy.

Other: I had done Bachelors in Physics so I've to do Masters and there is no other great option in Odisha. So I went for this. And all other things are good.

Very satisfied with my university, it has best record in placement also highly recommended to all.

Placements: 80 percent of students placed in our college. The highest package is 30 LPA and the average package is 8 LPA and the lowest is 4 LPA. Microsoft, Amazon, Infosys are the top recruiting companies. The top roles offered by my course is engineering with Physics in daily life.

Infrastructure: The facilities are Wi-Fi campus, well-equipped Labs, Central air conditioner classrooms, Central AC Library with capacity of 5000 students at a time. The quality of our hostel food is very good. There are sports facilities and medical facilities are also there.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, highly qualified and very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry ready. The semester exams in my college is not so high difficult not so low. It has moderate in nature.

Other: Soa university is a top most university. There are many fests good connectivity to airline and train line also situated in the heart of Bhubaneswar city.

Happy to share my experience here.

Placements: Currently, I am pursuing a Masters in Physics. We have placement options in M.Sc. but those are limited. As far as I know, last year, four-five of our seniors got placed in good companies. The highest package was 5 LPA and the lowest was 2 LPA. Students from technological colleges have a high chance of getting placements.

Infrastructure: Our institute's infrastructure is quite good. Our campus is very well maintained and clean. We have a large and spacious central library. We have labs to do experiments. All classrooms are air-conditioned. Our hostel contains AC rooms and non-AC rooms as well. Mess food is average. We have a health centre as a medical facility.

Faculty: Our faculty members are very interactive, experienced and well qualified. The quality of education is quite good here. We are given minor and major projects to develop research interests among students. Our teachers are guiding and supervising us in that. Semester exams are a bit hectic, as in physics we give exams in 2 subjects per day, i.e., 8 subjects in 4 days back to back without any gap. Apart from this, the semester grades are pretty good. There is a 99% pass percentage.

Other: I am keenly interested in physics. Previously, I had heard about this university and that the education facility is really good. And we can avail of research experiences as well. That is why I opted to study here. Our syllabus is quite lengthy, but it can be reduced a bit. About scholarships, I am not very sure because I have not heard of any so far. Other facilities are good but the only thing is that we don't have enough space to organize festivals. This is the case at ITER 1 Campus 1. They conduct small events in the auditorium hall.

I am satisfied with the facilities provided by the college.

Placements: About 40% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered in placements was 13 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA and, the average salary package offered is 8 LPA. Top Companies like Infosys visited to recruit students from M.Sc. batch. Top roles offered in the course were a manager and a system operator. Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is well-equipped with pretty good facilities, and it is student-friendly. Facilities of every sort are available ranging from the latest computer facilities to availability of updated books for students reference in the library. The infrastructure of hostel premises is also well maintained with neat and clean rooms for the comfortable living of the students, and the hostel faculty is also very active and cooperating. Quality of food available in the hostels is also up to the mark, and it never disappoints. Medical facilities are also available during the time of emergency along with the presence of the concerned staff.

Faculty: Faculty members are very encouraging and helpful to the students and are very cooperative in every sector. There is extra time available for doubt clearing sessions along with the teachers for more interaction, and it helps the student to expand their communication space and reduce the bridge between teachers and students. The course curriculum is pretty relevant, and it makes the student industry-ready. The syllabus is both a combination of theoretical and experimental aspects of physics, making the student good enough for industrial and applied science.

Other: I have chosen this course because the physics of all the subjects gives me the insight to see the entire nature in a different and more vivid picture which can be interpreted through mathematical and physical solutions. Much more exposure of students towards research-oriented methods and innovation should be encouraged. Events named SOA MUN SUMMIT, Proforma, etc. were conducted to involve students in extracurricular activities.
