Indeed, a good college for placements in West India. Infrastructure is awesome and weather is good.

Placements: The placements here were good at that time of the seniors batch and as well as at my time. Almost 65 % students got placed here. Also, the salary offered was Rs. 3.5 lakhs per annum. The highest and the lowest salary was Rs. 1.2 lakhs per annum and the average salary was Rs. 1.8 lakhs per annum. The companies that visited were the Badve group of engineering, Paytm, Accenture and many such. The role offered were of the GET (Graduate engineer training).

Infrastructure: The infrastructure here was good as it has Wi-Fi labs, classrooms, library, medical facility and playground for the sports & games. Labs her e are good and so do the classrooms. The canteen food quality is not that much better. Also, the hotel rooms here are much well. There was no infrastructure issue faced by me during my tenure at the college.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and they also take extra classes at evening when the college is closed. They are the qualified and experienced faculty. Their teaching quality was also good. Here, the teaching method was with the help of blackboard. The ratio of the student to faculty was 45:1. We also have visited industries during our tenure.

Other: The events were organised here like fresher's party, technical fest and chief guests were invited to the events. Also, the scholarship was provided by the state government who studied over there.

Good infrastructure, experienced faculty, good placements.

Placements: The placement is quite good and the number of opportunities provided by the college is very high. There are lots of open pool campus selections and the students get benefits from those campus placements. Job opportunities for all branches are available here.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. All the labs are equipped with all the modern instruments. There is a big mess. Three hostels are there- two for boys and one for girls. A beautiful canteen is also there. Football ground and cricket ground are present on the campus. A gym is available on the campus for both girls and boys. Wi-Fi is available on the campus. A library with almost every book is there.

Faculty: All the faculty members are experienced and knowledgeable. They are very helpful and always ready to do extra efforts. They use smart classes too for teaching the students in a smart way. The faculty members share their experience with the students regarding the requirements in the industry and the environment there. The mentors are good and they show the face of the industry to the students time to time.

Other: Transport facility is available and covers all the routes. Regular industrial visits. Regular personality development classes. Markets and other required stuff is available on or near the campus. There's a local market situated there. Parking facility is available. The whole campus is CCTV equipped.

The college is average but there are some important areas which the college has to improve on

Placements: The placement for B.Tech mechanical, civil and electrical students are not at all good but they provide placements for IT and CS students in some companies. If you are looking for placement from this college, then only go for computer science. They have the capacity to place all of their students but not in their respective fields. There are only CS companies, so no other option for placement.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average. They have separate labs and have nearly all essential equipment for practice. They have a playground and greenery all over the campus. The ventilation is also good in classrooms. They also have an average hostel infrastructure for middle-class students. There are no A.C room facilities on the whole campus.

Faculty: The course is of 4 years and the college is affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical Univesity. The college has a mixture of good faculty members and poor faculty members but if you are looking for knowledgeable professors then you can also find the same in this college. The lab assistant also helps to perform practicals, but there are problems in a few sections like workshops. There are some important things which are missing in the workshop.

JB Institute of Technology. If you are an average student, this college is the best for you.

Placements: According to me, the placement department is not seriously working for the proper opportunity for jobs for the mechanical degree holders. Companies mostly prefer the diploma students. The placement for the other branches excluding civil is quite good. The college provide the personality development classes to the students to make them interview-ready but the opportunity to sit on an interview is very limited.

Infrastructure: All important infrastructure for the engineering students is available in the college workshop. The playground is quite small for the sports-addictive students. The hostel facility is good and the location of the college is also good. It is generally a village area having trees and big patches of farmland. Overall, the college environment is healthy.

Faculty: Faculty members are mostly below average, that is they don't have enough knowledge and teaching skills to help an average student. Also, most teachers are poor in the English language. Faculty members are not permanent throughout the semester. The head of department changes every year, and there were limited industrial visits in our time as only two industrial visits were arranged.

Other: Overall, the college is average. It has very limited opportunity in the sports department and no proper cricket or football playground. The canteen is small and the Wi-Fi is poor. They made a false promise to provide a scholarship to the students scoring 80 percent or above in 12th. The most important point is the business-minded chairman of the college.

Other: Good: Found a great bunch of friends, exam pattern was good. Attendance is not a big issue until you score good in academics. Bad: no bridging between student union and higher authority, bounded and imposed way of teaching and entitled to internal marks partiality. Coming to sports facility nothing much were provided and nor even a separate session or period of sports and games activities were present. No casual clothing day. No half day or holiday on Saturday's. But fees infrastructure and course studies were good. And helped me to gain an engineering degree.
