Placements: The placements have become dull than the previous year. Many companies like Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Amazon, Zoho visited our campus. But the recruitment percentage has decreased than previous years as the companies have strict and tougher placement process. The offered salary was from 3 lakhs per annum to 12 lakhs per annum. The roles such as a software developer, service engineer, software tester were offered from the IT companies.
Placements: Around 20-30 companies come for placements, among which, most are IT companies including Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, etc. Around 30-40% of the students only get through the placements though they are given very good placement training. The package is around 2-3.5 LPA. The role offered is that of a software engineer. You cannot except many core companies. Only a handful of core companies visit Jeppiaar which rarely recruit students. Internships are not that encouraged. Instead of st...
Placements: Placements are on an average level. About 30-40% of students get placed. The salary offered is almost always below 5 lakhs per annum. Most placements are from IT companies like Infosys and Wipro. The placement percentage is very less for a college with such world-class infrastructure.
Placements: Decent placements for all the batches. If you want to go to IT firm, it's easy because there will be a lot of IT companies like Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, etc. that come for placements. But if you want to choose other firms apart from IT, it is very tough to be placed as only a few companies will come and the number of recruitment also will be very low. Coming to the number of students placed every year, it totally depends on the IT companies' requirements every year. The highest ...
Placements: Placements were drastically increased for our batch when compared to the previous batch and it was further better for the next batch. Many top IT firms visited our campus for the placements. Most of the eligible students got placements in top companies through the campus interview.
Placements: I'm pursuing the 3rd year of Aero and I haven't got any placements from any companies but I have discussed with our seniors and they said that they had many campus placements from big MNCs. More than 85% of students got placed. Highest salary offered was 4.5 lakh/annum and the lowest salary offered was 2.5 lakh per annum and the average salary was 3.2 lakh/annum. CTS, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, IBM, Syntel, Honeywell, ProSIM, Goodrich aerospace Geometric. Software engineering, software testing, aerod...
Placements: The placements seem to be good. They roped in a few good companies such as Wipro and Infosys. The average package was about 3.5 lacs per year. The placement cell gives good support to the students. But most of the companies which visited the campus were of IT background. It will be good if they try to rope in more core companies.
It is a good college with all the facilities provided to the students. The worst part is that they try to act strict but it never happens. The quality of education is up to the level. Faculty teaches the students just to score marks not for the knowledge. To know about the outside world, it is the best place to join.
Placements: The placement opportunities are average in this year. Most of the students (final year students) got the Job offer but the average salary package is lesser compared to the last year. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, Zoho, Cognizant and TCS. Top roles offered are Network Engineer and Junior Developed. Most of the students chose the IT field instead of their own domain.
Placements: I'm from biotechnology department, not many companies are brought to campus for placement. Only one company Zifo RnD Solutions is brought. They provide an annual package of around 2.5 Lacs (as far as I know). The top recruiting company is Biocon. Internships if applied on our own interest, the college will encourage to attend.
Placements: 1.30% of the students got placed. 2.Salary offered: INR 45,000, INR 10,000 and INR 15,000. 3. Recruiting companies: TATA, Ashok Leyland. 4. Job offered: Freshers only, bank base jobs, it company base jobs, consultancy. 5. Total 60 students in our class 30 students got internship in Ashok Leyland 20 got internship in Toshipa and 5 got internship in railways.
Placements: Only two students got placed in my department with a IT stream company. The salary offered to them is around 2.5L per year. The top recruiting companies for my course are Infosys, CTS, Even though these companies doesn't relate to our field of study our college has only these placements available for us. They initially take for an internship and after completion of it they will be given job according to their performance and results of their final exams. Only one student got an internship in an ...
Placements: The college provides good placement offers among the colleges in Chennai. Last year, there were 67% of students got placed in well-reputed companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, etc. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA.
Placements: Top IT companies visit the college for placements. They will provide proper placement training, and placement trainer is from the top industry. They provide placement training test every week. Minimum 3-month placement training provided. They will choose above 6.5% of students for placement training.
