Placements: Placements were quite good with our batch as well as with the senior batch. The highest package was of 5 lakhs per annum. There were different kind of roles offered by many reputable companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, Wipro, NIIT etc. The placement cell is quite efficient and useful.
Placements: Placement cell of JMC is one of the best cell in DU. Placements are good enough in the college specially for commerce background people along with mathematics branch. The highest package offered is 9 lac per annum and the lowest is 2.5 lac per annum. Various top companies visits the campus, among them the BIG FOUR also recruits the students. They are accenture, deloite, kpmg, PnC with various companies such as urbal clap, tcs etc. You will always get a good list of internships from big companies...
Placements: Placement for B.Com department is more. Then comes economic. Mathematics major students can also apply for these post but companies prefer B.Com students over mathematics students. Jesus and Mary College do provide one of the best companies like kpmg, Deloitte etc.
Placements: The placements of this college were really good. A lot of companies came to my college for recruitment. The placement cell was very active. A huge number of students got placed. Very good and reputed companies came to the college. The stipend offered was also very good.
Placements: According to me my course offers 100 percent placement for their students. As per my information my senior batch students got placed in good institutions as school teachers. They got minimum salary of Rs30,000and maximum of about Rs40,000. Yes our college has students going for internships and I don't have much information about that. And our college has a placement cell and I heard it is working good and as mentioned earlier I am not much aware of it.
Placements: Our placements were well organised. Most of my batch mates got a job, and our seniors as well. The schools were well paying, and our teachers ensured that the placements provided pay according to the latest pay schedule. The placement cell is active and is continuously providing different opportunities.
Placements: Most of the students, who sit for the placement have placed, and in good and renowned schools. The course has placement cell within it. Almost everyone I know in the past has got placed, after doing this course, even during the training period, some were paid.
Placements: The college has a placement cell for clearing out all the queries regarding internships and all. To the best of my knowledge the students in my college get very good placement at reputed companies. I don't know the exact details about the percentage of students getting internship from college but I have heard that most students get through it.
Placements: Placements were good about 10% were placed in companies like Accenture, kpmg, Deloitte, fis, urbanclap, McKinsey and few content writing jobs were analysts, content writing, business associates. Internship was not good. Hardly any internship was offered by the college.
Placements: There is a placement cell. Around 90% students got placed in good companies. Companies like E&Y, Genpact, HDFC, visit the campus. Almost 75% of students got internship from college itself. The placement cell of the college is very helpful and cooperative toward all the students.
Placements: The top few multinational companies visit JMC for recruiting candidates for roles in audit, tax, strategy, acturial, HR, etc. Firms visiting college include Delloite, KPMG, EY, PWC, Accenture, WTW, Macquarie, Mckinsey and Co, Grant Thorton and many more. The maximum recruits in Deloitte for the role of external audit assistant are from JMC every year. The pay packages of JMC unfortunately are not as high as some other colleges of Delhi University. The highest package being around 4.5-5.5L per an...
Placements: Usually the companies that come to my campus recruit students from commerce department and not from humanities so there was no on campus placement for our seniors. Students from our course generally get internships via college but in NGOs mostly not in MNCs. Companies usually give the role in HR department of they select any student. Overall the placement cell is not so efficient.
Placements: The college offers only graduate-level courses for students. Our college does not provide a lot of placements. It has a placement cell for students who are interested in work right after graduation. There are paid as well as an unpaid internship. Corporate companies visit our college from mid-year for placements. They offer a range of jobs with different salary package.
Placements: The placement cell in the college is very good, and good companies including the Big4 firms give opportunities to the students. The students receive a review from each company to know their area of interest and the package provided is also really good. The experiences that one gets through the different levels during placements expose them for the future.
Placements: The placement cell is quite efficient and gets the best of companies on board to hire students. However, the results depend on how an individual student performs in the interview round. Some of the best companies that have come to hire are Deloitte, Ernst and Young, PWC, NIIT, Willis Towers Watson, etc., and have offered competitive packages.
Placements: JMC does have a placement cell. For a nominal amount, students get access to a wide variety of organisations and corporates. Students receive emails once or twice a week with the information about these organisations or corporates looking out for the students who can work or intern with them. There are paid as well as unpaid internships. Also, corporates visit the college for placements mid-year, and they offer a range of jobs with varying salaries per annum.
Placements: Several companies like EY, Deloitte, Zomato, Towers Watson and others come for placements in all fields even in a new field like Actuarial Science. Also, they have strict policies for their placements and offer decent packages to the freshers. They have a separate placement cell which takes care of the upcoming opportunities and ensures that the students get sufficient time to prepare.
Placements: The placements offered were very good, and about 80 percent of the students who wanted to work after graduation got placed. I don't remember exactly about the salary package, but it differed from 3.5 lakhs per annum to 2 lakhs per annum. Deloitte, KPMG and EY were amongst the best companies which visited. The role was offered as an assistant auditor, department of finance, etc. The internship offers were less in my course of studying in the college.
Placements: Reputed companies like Deloitte, Zomato, KPMG, Teach For India, etc., visit our campus for placements. JMC was the first college in DU to start a placement cell in 1998. They started with one company, and there are many companies which hold on-campus interviews. The placement cell provides students with internship opportunities. It conducts talks and workshops for the girls.
Placements: As far as I know, not many people from my course attended placements, including myself. However, I did hear about a couple of students who got into great companies (big four) with packages of 1.5 lacs+ per annum. I'm sure had more students attended placements, they'd have been placed into good companies because our placement cell was very proactive.
