Placements: Placements for the commerce, economics, and maths courses were average. As far as my course B.A in English and French is considered, companies like Zomato, KPMG, and Oberoi Group of Hotels visited to offer placements. The salary package offered was close to 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Oberoi Group offered course cum job opportunity, wherein the student was supposed to undergo training under Oberoi Group and was paid during the training. It was mainly for the students who wanted to pursue their career in hot...
Placements: Placements in Jesus and Mary College are pretty good. It is better than other colleges affiliated to Delhi University concerning the fee structure. The average package offered ranged from 2 LPA to 4.5 LPA. Companies like Accenture, Wipro, Chegg, Nuage Biztech Private Limited, Z1, FIS, KR Mangalam World School, Oberoi, etc., visited the college. We have to register in the placement cell to appear for placement drives. Roles offered by the companies were related to various fields such as content w...
Placements: The placement cell is constantly working to provide a variety of opportunities to suit the different needs of students. It conducts talks and workshops to bridge the knowledge gap between students and companies. Many well-known domestic and multinational companies and NGOs visit the campus for placements every year. Companies like Deloitte, Oberoi Hotels, Zomato, Grant Thornton, etc., visited the campus for placements.
Placements: The college doesn't offer much placement opportunities, but off-campus placements hold a lot of value. The college has a great reputation outside. Skills of students are developed to get placed, and the professors and staff provide them with all types of help. They need to work on providing better on-campus placement opportunities for students.
Placements: Generally, placements in our college are good, but if we talk about B.A. programme, the placements aren't as good as compared to other departments or other colleges. Sometimes the placements are good in B.A. programme also, but it all depends on your luck, as not every year, there are good placements.
Placements: Our college offers the best placement offers for the mentioned course. As the course is related to education, students get placed with the top schools in Delhi, NCR, and even Internationally, accredited to both CBSE or IB board. The course allows internship opportunities through all the four years which helps students gain experience in various kinds of field works.
Placements: The placement cell of our college is the best and has tie-ups with many big fortune companies which provide placements to students studying here. Companies like Genpact and other top-notch MNCs visit our college for placements. There are also some grooming as well as skill development sessions in the college.
Placements: Companies like KPMG, EY, Outlook and others came to our college for placements, and many girls were given jobs. Roles were offered in fields like operations, sales, marketing, HR and others. There were talks conducted by the companies and interviews were conducted after that.
Placements: I was in BA programme, and I didn't attend placements. But I have heard that placements for the commerce department are really nice. Internships were always an issue for us. There is a placement cell, but placements are mostly provided for commerce background students. The placement cell is not very useful.
Placements: The placements were pretty good. All major companies visited our college, and good profiles were offered. The students were offered good packages as well. The placement cell provided everyone with the proper guidance before any company visited our college. As students belonged to different courses, the profiles were offered in various sectors of the industry.
Placements: Around 60-70% of students were placed, and the placements are good enough. There aren't a lot of options for students pursuing psychology or B.A programmes that place them on a low pedestal. The placements may make students feel inferior and less important, and it may also make the students disrespect the course.
Placements: Placements in the college are good, and many students of our batch got placed in reputed firms with salary packages that are decent for freshers. Placements are the best for commerce students. The college does not provide any internship opportunities or industry exposure.
Placements: There is a well-managed placement cell in our college. The placements that my batchmates and my seniors got were pretty cool. They're happy with their jobs and are still into it. A lot of good companies like KPMG, Accenture, Deloitte, etc. visit the college for placements every year.
Placements: The placements for our batch are ongoing. Companies demand the students from B.Com (Hons) mostly. Some of my seniors also got placed. E&Y, Wipro and many other research companies visit the campus. Many people from our college got internships. Some of the internships are paid, whereas, the others provided a letter of recommendation. The college has a placement cell, and it is quite effective. It makes sure that the information is passed to all the students.
Placements: For the commerce course, the placements were pretty good in the previous year. We have a placement cell in college, which helps to get in touch with them regarding the placements.
Placements: Placements in the college are good as a lot of companies of all sorts visit the college to recruit fresh graduates. The placement rate is quite high, and a lot of girls got placed with good salary packages as I have seen with my friends in the previous batch. I highly recommend this college to others.
Placements: The commerce and economics department have more options for placements, and many students got offers from big companies like Deloitte. Other departments don't have the same kind of opportunities. There is a placement cell, but it is not very active.
Placements: The placements of my seniors last year were great. There were companies like Delloite, ENY, KPMG who visited for the campus placements. A really good percentage of the students can be placed as the placement cell itself of our college is really good and JMC is known for its placements, it was one things I headers from passouts that was an incentive for joining this college.
Placements: The college has a good recruitment cell. The companies which have come at the time of placements were one of the best like KPMG, EY, and Accenture. They hired students with very good packages, and also, the roles offered were also good. It helps students to start their career well.
Placements: Placements for our batch were good enough. KPMG (Global as well as India) recruited many students from our batch. The average package offered was 1.8 LPA. Deloitte offered the highest package of around 5 LPA. Apart from recruitment for full-time jobs, Grant Thornton also recruited the students for CA articleship. The placement cell was quite active and helpful.
