A piece of my college youth.

Placements: Actually, I am an NCWEB student, so they don't provide placements for us. Although NCWEB is technically a regular program, students only need to come on Saturdays or Sundays due to pursuing other courses. We are called regularly for practicals, viva, and classes, so it's not like an open college. The lack of placement opportunities is expected because many students are involved in other professional courses and choose NCWEB.

It has a low cut-off, so students who score 80-90% in academics can get admission here.

Placements: I don't know about the correct number of students got placed. I don't know about the highest and the lowest salary offered in our course because our course is new and it is still improvising in placements. Top recruiting companies like Reliance, etc., visit our college for placements. There is no proper information on the internet about our course.

Review of Jesus and Mary College.

Placements: The placement opportunities weren't great for our batch. Many students pursued masters after graduation for which many students didn't sit for placements. All the regular companies and brands visit the campus for placements. Although, students from commerce background get better opportunities.

JMC has a good brand name attached, but there are a lot of cons as well.

Placements: The commerce and economics department have more options for placements, and many students got offers from big companies like Deloitte. Other departments don't have the same kind of opportunities. There is a placement cell, but it is not very active.

The review of Jesus and Mary College.

Placements: There was no placement assistance, and actually, we never thought of it. I have never seen anyone talking about placements on the campus. I'm not regular at the college, so maybe that's the reason I am not aware of this, but regular students are getting placement assistance.

I am satisfied with the faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: Reputed companies like Deloitte, Zomato, KPMG, Teach For India, etc., visit our campus for placements. JMC was the first college in DU to start a placement cell in 1998. They started with one company, and there are many companies which hold on-campus interviews. The placement cell provides students with internship opportunities. It conducts talks and workshops for the girls.
