The average salary package offered in our college is 5 LPA. Many students got internships in Amazon. Placements offered in core branches are decent. The highest salary package offered varies from 30 LPA - 40 LPA.

Placements: Firstly it is a Government Engineering college under MAKAUT University. A student should achieve a very good score and rank in West Bengal joint entrance examination to get admission to this college. Almost 80-90% of students get placed every year for this course from this college. The salary of highly qualified students is around ranges from 10 LPA - 12 LPA. Placements: Our college is not very good for mechanical students as per placements. I suggest you try to take admission in CSE, IT or ECE departments. Faculty members are good, but placements are not good. TCS and Cognizant are always top recruiting companies. Haldia Petrochemical visited here this year to recruit only one student from mechanical.
