A must-watch review from a student who wished he would have known it before coming to KIIT.
Placements:
Placements at this institution are good for students who achieve a CGPA of 9 or above. These students often receive interview calls starting on day one of the placement period. The dream companies that visit on day one offer packages starting from 15 LPA or more. After day two, the offered packages usually decrease to between 6 LPA and 8 LPA. Internship opportunities are great here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very awesome. Hostel facilities are also very awesome. The Wi-Fi connectivity is very nice. One of the best aspects of KIIT is its library. It is the most beautiful place and its ambiance will make you fall in love with studying. The mess food is nice, offering non-vegetarian options five days a week. We don't have milk during snacks and breakfast.
Faculty: Faculty members here are amazing. They support you in every difficult path. The curriculum is also good but only in the 1st year for CSE students. Students only get to study a C language in one of the semesters. They just study chemistry and electronics and all in other semesters. But from the 2nd year, the core focus comes on coding. Exams here are a bit tough but if students are consistent they can easily score full marks.
Other: To all the students considering coming here, I would like to offer a few tips. Only come if your parents can afford the fees, as there are many opportunities available, such as an international college exchange program, among others. In the first year, there are strict restrictions in the hostels. Students won't be allowed to leave hostels after 6:30 PM. Extracurricular activities are highly encouraged here. The campus has many sports grounds available for use.

Overall good but there is huge crowd.
Placements: As per my knowledge, more than 92 percent of the total students were placed. The lowest package was around 4 LPA, whereas the highest package was 62 LPA. Top companies were Amazon, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Microsoft, and many more. Internships were mostly in HCL and TCS.
Infrastructure: KIIT has awesome, top-notch facilities. Every classroom has smart board facilities, and teaching is also made interactive by using slides. You can find a Wi-Fi signal in most places on campus. Hostels are also quite good, with satisfactory food.
Faculty: The professors are knowledgeable but sometimes lack in simplifying things. Most professors have corporate experience, but some do not. The course curriculum is relevant and makes a person ready for the industry. The exams are of moderate difficulty, and the pass percentage is also good.
Other: I chose this course because of my passion. There are many types of scholarships available here. Cultural events are frequent.

KIIT : an overview by a student.
Placements: KIIT offers many courses including MBA, BBA and B.Tech. Almost 90% students got on-campus placements. Top recruiting companies like TCS, WIPRO, COGNIZANT, INFOSYS, OPTUM, HIGHRADIUS and many such companies visit KIIT for placements. Internships are based on individual talents but many of KIIT students get internships in companymies like high radius.
Infrastructure: The classrooms at KIIT are spacious and well ventilated. They are equipped with modern amenities like projectors, whiteboards and wi-fi connectivity. KIIT also has many high tech labs as per the market’s need. It has a central library which is fully air conditioned. The hostels at KIIT are very clean and the mess food is not that good, it is okay and can be different for different taste buds. There is IIMS hospital near KIIT. There are sport complexes in every campus with well-equipped gyms. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. There are food courts in each campus along with grounds and garden. KIIT has iot labs, bee lab, civil lab and many others.
Faculty: The course curriculum is as per the market’s need. There is more emphasis on practical based learning and the course is as per the new education policy. All the teachers are well qualified from IITs and NITs and are always available to help, even at the night. The teaching is done using the smart mode through which we get pdf notes for the class. The course curriculum is very much relevant and it prepares the students for industry.
Other: My aim was to become a software engineer but unfortunately I didn't qualify IIT, so I decided to join KIIT as I felt it is the best college in eastern India. There are things which can be improved including the semesters’ duration which is of 4-5 months approximately, it should be of 6 months. KIIT organizes a fest known as Tech fest every year in the month of February. Campus life at KIIT is very good as there are approximately 30 campuses in KIIT. Also, there are many student societies like khwaab, konnexion, enactus, and kalinga student activity centre.

Very good college. Nice campus. Love this college.
Placements: 76% of students get placements. Top recruiting companies are Tata, IT companies, and many more. Top roles offered are software engineers, programmers, etc. A minimum of 90% or above percent of students were placed in my college. Minimum 70% or above percent of students got internship in my college.
Infrastructure: The hostel rooms are very good, and the food is standard and hygienic. Hostel staff behavior is also very good. Very clean hostels are there. Every week cleaning staff come and clean the hostels. Security is also nice.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and the semester exams are slightly difficult. The examiner and exam situation is very good. The students are industry-ready and the course curriculum is relevant. Teachers are very helpful.

KIIT has a good infrastructure and average placement of IT and CSE.
Placements: 1. This year approximately 80-85% students are placed.
3. Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and many more companies come for placement. Approximately 80% of students got internship (not sure about this one).
In this course, they mostly focus on coding, which helps you out in your future.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and libraries are available in all hostels and campus; all sports facilities are available. Hostel food is good, and canteens are also available all over the campus. Medical facilities are also available in the hostel. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned.
Faculty: Faculty are very helpful in this college. They all have Ph.D. degrees and are knowledgeable. Yes, this institute makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are not too difficult. The difficulty level of the semester exam is average. Pass percentage is 40%.
Other: Campus crowd is good.
