Placements: The placement cell of the college is really good. It provides students with many placement opportunities through various companies. As per the Kirori Mal College NIRF report 2024, the median package offered during UG 3-year placements in 2023 stood at INR 7.2 LPA. A total of 358 students were placed, and 1,020 opted for higher studies out of a total of 1,714 students during UG 3-year placements in 2023. The average package for Political Science Honours at Kirori Mal College is around 6 LPA.
Placements: In my course, only 10 students were placed. The highest package for a Chemistry student is 7 LPA, while the lowest package is \2 LPA. Companies like Yahoo, TCS, and Capgemini visited, but out of 150 students, only 10 secured placements. Overall, the placement rate is not very high, and only a few students can find jobs in companies.
Placements: The top recruiting companies in Kirori Mal College are ICICI Bank, Zomato, Deloitte USI, Cent, Urban Company, Gandhi Fellowship, Mother Dairy, ZS Associate, Young India Fellowship, Tresvista, etc. The average salary for the year 2023 was around 7.24 Lacs.
Placements: For courses like B.A. Programme or any other B.A. course, there is no placement as such, but in courses like B.Com (Hons) there is a slight chance of getting placed somewhere, although the package won’t be much more than four lakhs per annum. Only knowledge is provided, which has no role in practical life.
Placements: The internship rates in Kirori mal college are quite impressive and nicely paid. The highest package offered reaches 51 LPA and the average is 8.1 LPA. The recruiting companies are all verified and they provide a healthy environment for the interns to work in.
Placements: As our college is not affiliated with B.Tech studies, it has fewer job placement opportunities. However, with the introduction of a placement cell, there are now more opportunities for those from the Science background to participate in placement meetings for future needs.
Placements: The placement cell is doing so well in our college. This team doesn't restrict themselves to only placement; they develop a great personality after being part of it, and they have developed excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Companies like EY and PWC came for the placement drive with a good number of selection rates.
Placements: A lot of companies visited this year, like Zomato, Deloitte, Zs Associates, Lek Consulting, and many more. The packages offered by these companies were also decent. Moreover, the overall package was around 6-7 LPA. Apart from that, most of the roles were in sales, research, and consulting.
Placements: We get placements in GIS, remote sensing and those pursuing higher education get fellowships. However, the percentage of students getting placed is relatively low and the average package goes around 6 Lacs. You can also get internships in GIS and other corporates.
Placements: The placement cell of the college was really amazing. A lot of big companies came to the college with job offers, and companies like Delloite, De Shaw, and KPMG were part of the placement process. The top recruiting company was De Shaw which offered a CTC of 24 LPA. Various roles like data analyst, and assistant auditor were offered.
Placements: We have a placement cell named Avenues, which helps students to get internships and placements. Talking about the on-campus placement, I am not very much aware of that. But whatever I know from my seniors is that the placement is not very good in this college.
Placements: The highest placements offered are around 5 Lacs, and the lowest are around 3 Lacs per annum. Many students don't take placement offers; I myself will pursue a master's in economics from DU. Roles vary from course to course; these could be NGO worker, research, and many more.
Placements: Honestly, there are no placements in my course. Only one of my classmates got placed at Godrej, that too from another source. However, there is a Placement Cell in our college, and you can enroll yourself in that. The average placement would be 8L-10L per annum. In Botany, you have to either go for a Master's, and if you want to have a placement, you have to switch fields. You should focus on some internships from your second year to build your CV.
Placements: In this discipline, no such placement opportunities are available, but internships are offered. Though other departments provide placement opportunities, one needs to be consistent with teachers to seek internship opportunities.
Placements: Final year students who secure more than 8.5 CGPA are qualified for the placements. Companies like Zomato, Accenture, and Scholastic India recruit the final year students as content writers and research developers. Talking about the opportunities, various organizations hire English Hons. students for the roles of content intern, social media manager, or as a research developer. Our seniors work as content writers and publish articles in various local newspapers of the Delhi University.
Placements: It has a dedicated placements cell named Avenues. Major recruiters are Wipro, McKinsey, Google and ICICI bank. The highest package offered is 41 lacs per annum and average package is 6.35 Lacs per annum. For post graduate students, the average package is 6.2 lakhs per annum.
Placements: 60 percent of the students get placed. My batch has nearly 140 students. Companies that visited our college are Deloitte, Google and many others. The highest package offered is 12 lacs per annum and the average package was 3 lacs per annum. Roles offered were in management as well as research.
Placements: Generally, accounting firms like Deloitte, EY, etc. visit the college for hiring. The average package offered is around 8-9 LPA with the highest package being 32 LPA. Around 200 companies visited the college with around 180 students getting placed. The placements are above average. Overall, the college has decent internships as well.
Placements: Only about 10% of the students of this course get placement. Package average is about 8 LPA. There are no such specific companies but companies related to GPS, GIS, and Remote Sensing provide placement. About 50% of the students get internships after the completion of the course.
Placements: At this college 20-25% of students were placed in this institute. Our college provides average placements opportunities. Average package of our institute was 2-4 LPA. Most of the students opted for the Masters degree. Top roles offered in our course sales, marketing etc.
