Placements: Chemistry hons students don't often get good jobs, but many of our seniors are working in many companies like Cipla, etc. As a drug maker, many students are pursuing their Ph.D. from IIT while simultaneously doing jobs in companies. So, the placement percentage is not so high but yes, students are working in the sector.
Placements: Some students have joined a translation job after completing their graduation. And many of the students have chosen to be professors, and some have chosen to give the UPSC and other state exams. This course is beneficial for those students who are interested in making a career in academics.
Placements: Placements in reality are limited to courses like B.Com. and mathematics only. And even in those, only a very few get placed in good packages. In recent years, packages have ranged from INR 3 LPA to 9 LPA, and the average is around INR 4.5 LPA. However, students do internships on their own and there's also a placement cell operated by college students called Avenues. In my chemistry class, students get placed usually after doing their Masters.
Placements: 75% of the students get placed with campus recruitment, and the average package is around 5 lac p.a. The internship opportunities for the students are a lot, starting with the first year only. I recommend trying off-campus recruitment, which offers higher packages in comparison to on-campus recruitment.
Placements: The total number of students placed this year was 183 and the average package went up to INR 6.35 lacs per annum, with the highest being INR 51 lacs per annum. The top companies were EY, Wipro, Deloitte KPMG, etc. Many students got internship opportunities starting from very startups and companies.
Placements: I do not know about placements. But this year I participated in an internship interview, which was for all the colleges. This internship is good but the seats are so limited. There are over 3000 students in this internship, but there are only about 150 internship seats.
Placements: 80 percent of the students in my course were placed. The highest package was about INR 22 LPA, the lowest was around INR 5 LPA, and the average was around INR 12 LPA. The top recruiters are big four like KPMG, Deloitte, and others like DE Shaw, Accenture, etc. About 50–60 percent of us got internships. Financial analyst, consultant or consulting analyst role, content writers, business development, actuarial roles, marketing analyst, marketing roles, banking roles, asset management roles, private...
Placements: People mostly go for UPSC or other competitive exams; geography is a good course for that. There is a lot of scope for jobs as well but the pay is lower. It's necessary to go for a Master's or Ph.D. if you want a higher-paying job. A lot of internships are offered in the field but not by the college.
Placements: The history course is not meant for placement, although students pursue various internships, e.g., national museum internships, during their graduation period. Only a small fraction of students get internships; most students pursue higher studies in history itself.
Placements: The Placement Cell of Kirori Mal College does this task. High success rate of placements is of B.Com Students or Economics students. Students from Political Science can enroll themselves in the Research Cell of the college itself, for detailed research and better learning.
Placements: KMC offers placement options for students who have completed internships for various companies, with salary packages ranging from 2LPA to 30LPA. Top recruiting firms such as DE. Shaw, Ernst & Young, Byjus, Bajaj Capitals, and FRR visit the campus. Placements are more prevalent for students with backgrounds in commerce, mathematics, and B.Com. Serious and Dedicated students have good chances of securing placements. Physics Hons students have an average salary of 5.5 LPA in the years 2019-2022, wi...
Placements: This course won't offer you jobs in big MNCs but English Hons. Graduates always have a scope in the fields of content writing, creating drafts for various projects and spoken courses. I myself and few of my friends have done internships in the fields of content writing with various firms and foundations during our college days. English Hons. Is a very prestigious course so if you excel in the works assigned to you defini you will be prompted to higher post. One of my friends during his inter...
Placements: The college has its own placement cell which helps students to get different types of internships and attract firms like YOUTH and ERNST for placement. Although placement cell offer very less paid internship but eventually it will enhance student abilities.
Placements: Our college has a placement cell. They provide several internship opportunities. Placements are comparatively lower than internships but still, it is good if you have the right course. The procedure to get an internship is smooth, and you will find internships throughout your course.
Placements: 10-15 % of the students are placed in different coaching institutes. During 2020-2022 covid pandemic was there, so very less number of companies came. Top recruiting company was Physics Wallah. Nearly all the students were offered trainee faculty for JEE or NEET exams. Some students also got admissions abroad too.
Placements: The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. This is a relative subject to the recruiter's personality, communication skills, and exposure to different firms in his field. Students got internships in various firms.
Placements: Placement cell avenues of our college provide many opportunities for students. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA to 7 LPA. Placements are good for B.Com (Hons) and B.A. Economics. Around 70% to 80% of students get placed every year.
