It is a great college for a bright future.
Placements: About 60% of students are placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 27000 per month and the lowest is Rs. 10,000 per month. Shona and L&T Construction are the top recruiting companies. Around 70% of students got internships in companies such as RPP construction, R.R Thulasi Builders, etc. Site engineer is the top role offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Our department is huge. It has different labs for each course. A projector is provided in every classroom, and a common library is provided outside our department building. The hostel is hygienic and cleaned regularly. The quality of food is good and non-vegetarian food is not provided. Empty grounds are provided for playing. A van is available at any time for emergency purposes.
Faculty: All staff members are qualified and friendly while asking the same doubt many times. They helped a lot of students to clear their papers. The curriculum is good and everything necessary to survive in this field is provided in it. Semester exams are not that tough when we prepare gradually and the pass percentage is above 50%.

It has the best infrastructure and campus life and just below-average placements in 2021.
Placements: Only 10% of students from our course were placed in companies through on-campus interviews, whereas others were chosen higher studies and government exams. The highest salary offered is 1.52 lacs per month, and the average salary offered is 1.12 lacs per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 45,000 per month. Top recruiting companies here are Sri Khubera Parivar and Daksha Properties. About 10% of students were placed. Top roles offered here are designer, site engineer and quality check.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was available in every seminar hall, auditorium, library, canteens and also in hostels. The quality of food served in the hostel is just average, but the infrastructure of the college is just inevitable. Free Wi-Fi is provided free 24x7 around the campus. Coaches provide the best training for every specific sport.
Faculty: Teachers here were really good at helping students in clarifying doubts. They provide great knowledge and allow us to explore by providing internships. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Exams are based on the knowledge of students. The pass percentage is 60%.
Other: I chose civil engineering to gain knowledge about the great infrastructure of how the inevitable buildings are built. Industry visits must be provided in our course. Yugam is an event organised yearly once, where the celebrities make the night as a festival.

Short Review about Kumaraguru College of Technology.
Placements: Since I opted for higher studies I wasn't a part of the placement training. But as far as I know, the recruiting companies were L&T Construction, Bosch, Wipro, Infosys, TATA Consulting Engineering limited, Cameron, etc. Most of the people got internships from the course which I studied.
Infrastructure: Then college has very good facilities and Infrastructure in all the departments. Especially the civil department which I studied in has various lab facilities. The mess offers a wide variety of food and is strictly vegetarian. The college is well-equipped with sports facilities.
Faculty: The teachers were really helpful and they are qualified. The course curriculum is relevant and helps students to get their careers ready for the Industry. The semester exams are completely based on the curriculum which should be an easy task for students who concentrated during class hours.

It is good liberty giving college in Tamil Nadu.
Placements: Our college offered the best course and placement offers from different companies in Tamil Nadu. In top MNC, they are offering trainee and grade 3 posts for the students. It leads to the best opportunity for the future of the students in the college.
Infrastructure: Our college hostel is good, clean and also have good infrastructure. Our mess is also good and offers good and hygiene food all 3 times of the day with coffee. Hostel places are cleaned daily and kept hygiene throughout the day, and fair is also acceptable.
Faculty: The course makes the students ready for the future industry, and also the curriculum is relevant to our studies. It leads to the best future of the students and makes the students' lives better. They make the students present their own projects.
Other: I have chosen this course because of my parents' ambition and personal willing to explore my own exposure. The college should better give liberty to clubs in college.

Very good infrastructure and experience.
Placements: Not only our college but almost all the engineering colleges do not have any core placement, most of the placements are IT based which offer good salary and that is the reason people choose these jobs. The average salary offered is 30000 approximately. Companies like Infosys, Amazon (very few candidates are recruited), TCS (rare), wipro, etc. Come to recruit students from the college. Placement cell is available in the college which gives training to the student from 2nd year to face the placements.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are available such as Wi-Fi, very big library,3 canteens, A 24 acre play ground, a health room etc. The outer infrastructure is very beautiful but the interior of the classrooms are a bit old as these buildings were built 50 years back. The hostel rooms in the first year are little small but as the years go by the hostel buildings change and the rooms become bigger. There is a big white palace in middle of the college which is the most attractive place in the college and this building is maintained very well as it consists of the administration sector of the college.
Faculty: This college is Anna University affiliated so the syllabus followed is given by Anna University. The rules are not very strict and students have freedom to express their views. Many teachers are talented and have finished their Ph.D. also but some faculty have knowledge but are not very good at teaching. Local visits and industrial visits should be proposed and arranged by the students which are then approved by the higher authorities. Approximately in each class there are 60 to 70 students in all the departments.
Other: Only one grand fest is conducted in the college called as yugam. Scholarship is given to the merit students in odd send. The campus is surrounded and filled with trees which gives a peaceful feeling. Regular department events are conducted which can be attended by the students.
