Review of Maharana Institute of Professional Studies.
Placements: The placement rate for our batch was almost 60%, and for our seniors, it was nearly 25%. Companies like MIPS, Infogain and Mobiloitte visited our college. The highest salary offered by them was Rs. 20,000 to 30,000 per month, and they also asked the students to sign a bond. Students must know programming languages like Java, C, C++, Python, PHP etc. All the students are trained to get placed. They taught verbal ability, C and reasoning. The college does not conduct industrial training. There is a placement cell which is useless. Teachers in the placement cell have a high level of attitude.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available. There are some network connections for the campus, like Jio Private for administration, and Jio Net for public use, but there is a limit of 35 MB. Labs are provided with more than 200 computers. Lab sessions are conducted until the 5th semester. Later, only placements are provided. Classrooms are very good. I am satisfied with all the facilities of the classroom, but there is no smart classroom. The campus has a hospital with a medical store, but these are only for show off. The college provides these facilities only for hostelers. Day scholars cannot use these facilities, because you have to go out of the college if the class is completed as per the instruction given by our director, Gourav Bhadoria Ji. Food served in the canteen is good. The hostel is good, but the washrooms are the worst. Since five years, many complaints are given, but no action is taken.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. They are supportive. CSE students can go home before the college timing without any restriction. They don't know anything about the subject. Teaching quality is zero. School methods were used to teach us. We should make a fair copy of our notes and show them. They will sign our copies. After that, we will be informed that we got 5 marks. I did not get industry exposure.
Other: Events named Encantro are conducted once in a year. All types of games are conducted in this event. The college does not provide scholarships.

The placements were very good. Almost 60-70 percent of the students are getting recruited.
Placements: Placement : The placements are more while comparing to our seniors and the students have a good and high percentage in where they had placed. Microsoft, Capgemini, and some other companies have also visited the college. The placements are very useful for the students. Infrastructure : The college has good infrastructure and classrooms, and they have hi-fi classrooms. The library is with the Wi-Fi where we can get a lot of books in the library to study and about the games they keep on going competition and support to the students about the sports, and all kind of food was available in the canteen. Faculty : The teachers are very highly educated, and help the students ever time. The teachers give the best to the students and help them to who they can get good marks and best score in the exam and give motivation to the students how to understand easily the subject. Maharana, a glimpse of success.
Placements: Approximately 40 percent of the students are placed; the rest are still unplaced. The highest package was 12 LPA, and the lowest was 118,000 per annum. The top recruiting companies are HCL, Informatica, Webkul, Lumen, Cedcoss, NEC, and Nashtech. Roles offered were Python Developer, GET, Trainee, Sales Associate, Business Developer, and GCS.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was available in the college campus as well as the hostel. Labs were well furnished with updated systems and were fully air-conditioned with proper seats and high computational systems with configured software. The library was well furnished, though not air-conditioned, but had a great set of books and an enriching environment where you can study peacefully.
Faculty: Yes, teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was amazing. Yes, the course curriculum was relevant and helpful to make me understand the tools and techniques. The pass percentage is 33, and exams were of medium level, not very tough to pass and not very easy to clear without study.
Other: This course is the best course, and the branch was the emerging technology itself. More detailed topics I would add to my course to make it effective and interesting. Events and fests are amazing but happen only once a year; events are amazing but are very few in numbers.

It is a good college for B.Tech as the fees of this college is moderate.
Placements: My college claims 99% placements rate. The highest CTC offered by a company is 39 LPA and the lowest CTC is 2.4 LPA with an average package of 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Informatica and Wipro. About 80-90% students got their first internships in their 6th sem.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is quite good, but the problem starts in summers as there are no air conditioners in the classrooms. The Wi-Fi connectivity is not good at all, but the canteen and mess food are too good. There are digital classes with projectors installed.
Faculty: The teachers are very co-operative and they are highly educated. Their teaching quality was good. The course curriculum is way better with placements training provided for the students. The difficulty level of the semester exams is moderate.
Other: I wanted to learn technical skills which is why I have chosen B.Tech. I would like to request AKTU to update the syllabus as per the industry needs.
