Placements: There were no placements for our course in college. There was no placement cell here either. There were no placements in the college for B.sc, but there were fine placement opportunities for commerce stream. The average salary package offered for students of commerce was around 3 LPA. The college didn't provide any internships.
Placements: The college doesn't provide placements at all. Students can just acquire knowledge and develop their skills. If you want to get placed on campus, I suggest you not to join the college, it is recommendable if you want only a degree. You can clear competitive exams to get placed on their own.
Placements: The placement cell of our college is very bad. You can't rely on the placement cell to provide you with a job. You should rather choose other colleges which are way better in providing jobs. Most of the companies visit for courses like B.Com (Hons), so you don't feel that superior to the other branches even while pursuing a great course like economics honours. Commerce and English department have good placements though.
Placements: Placements of Maitreyi College are quite satisfactory. All companies like the big fives and even less renowned companies come for selecting the students for internships. Jobs with good salary packages were offered to students. It is a good way of learning and experiencing work in the corporate environment.
Placements: We have placement cell in our college which will help in contacting MNC's for job interviews and internship during course tenure. Even many MNC's like KPMG and Orion used to visit the college for placements. We are eligible for Delhi University placements too.
Placements: Placements were average, around 30 students in total got placed. Placements were mostly for commerce graduates, and 1-2 companies did place, economics students, as well. The ratio of students placed from our college and other colleges was relatively low, and this brought in dissatisfaction amongst the students.
Placements: If you want to get placed in a science field, then you have to score consistently good marks in your graduation because only all over Delhi University toppers are offered placements. If you want to switch to the corporate world, then you can apply for on-campus placements. Companies like UrbanClap, American Express, and E&Y do come here with decent packages in between 2-3 LPA CTC.
Placements: In our college, i.e., Maitreyi college's placement cell works good but they need to put in more efforts for betterment. The highest package offered is 10 Lakhs per annum and the lowest package offered is 8 Lakhs per annum which is not enough. The placement cell selects less percentage of the candidates, not based upon the academic qualification, but the performance of the students as well.
Placements: There is no placement as such. But half of the friend of mine moved to master degree and few are preparing for Government exam like UPSC SSC. And other who decided to do job - they are doing great with the help of linkedin and naukri portal. We even didn't get any help regarding placement, nothing. But overall the knowledge we got from Maitreyi it was excellent. And we all are doing great in our life. Thanks Maitreyi.
Placements: 10-15 comes for the placement like urban clap, E&Y, genpact etc. They don't even select 10% of the student. The lowest and the highest salary are 11000 and 35000 respectively. Student didn't get the best placement. As many companies did not come to the college and the company which are coming the do select 2-3 students.
Placements: There were good placements for students in the college. Many companies visited for the placements, and I had a good experience with the companies. Almost 10-11 students get placed every year from every course. Placement experience was significant for self-confidence and self-improvement of a person. The group discussion part of placement was very interesting because students can share their point of view, and they had the power to make someone in favour of right things by explaining their positi...
Placements: The science students usually don't get the placement benefits in the college. However, the students have to depend on other sources for internships and placements. The people tend to search and apply on intern shall for the placements. The companies are not even invited inside the college premises, and this is the main drawback faced by the third-year students.
Placements: Placement programs were decent and the packages offered were quite low. Altogether, a very few of the students really got the opportunity here. Basic companies like the Genpact, Eny, KPMG came to the college. Other companies like PWC or Delloite or even Evalueserve gave the campus placements a miss.
Placements: The placement cell of our college works really hard to get great companies on board. Our students get placed by the big four and a lot of other companies. Nearly 20 students were hired by E&Y. We also have startups and other companies approaching us. The salaries offered vary from 15000 to 80000 p.m.
Placements: The placements are not as good as I expected it to be because, moslty, the big 4 companies always want to visit a better college than Maitreyi. Some companies do come like Genpact, Urbanclap American Express, etc. People get lot more opportunities for the internships as the placement cell works very hard to get all the companies and internships they can. They are also planning to organise an internship fair.
Placements: Two of the main companies coming for the job were EY for their GDS department and UrbanClap. EY selected 4 out of the 40 students who appeared for the selection process. They offered a salary of around Rs. 30,000 per month. It was more of clerical work in GDS department.
Placements: There are very limited placement opportunities at Maitreyi College for the commerce and science students, and most of them did internships rather than placements. Mostly focus on commerce and economics graduates only. I am not aware of the placements.
Placements: The college offers impressive placements with average packages going around 3 lakhs which is good after graduation. After BA, you can get selected in a good BPO to gain experience. The placement cell is active and even offers internship opportunities. A number of students get selected as interns in their summer break from the college itself.
Placements: The campus placements are not that great. The college has its own placement cell but it is not that active. Internships offered are restricted to some students as information is not spread well. Companies like Zomato, EnY, Accenture come college for campus recruitment. About 30%-40% of the students got placed and other students are placed through the central placement of DU. Packages offered are on an average 2-3 lacs per annum. In my course, only about 20% students got placed through the campus...
Placements: The placements are good for a graduate. 10-12 companies visited the campus last year. The average package offered to the students was 3 lacs, which is a good amount for a graduate. The placement cell is also good and works closely with the students. Almost 50% students got the internship from the college as well during our project in the last semester. Overall, the placement is very good.
