It provides good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: About 35-40% of students get placed. Most of them are from the eco and English departments. I am doing Hindi Hons, and there are no placements. Companies do not visit our college to hire students from our course. The placement cell of Miranda House provides many opportunities for internships in various companies. We can easily get an internship in fields like marketing, sales, campus ambassador, HR, etc. A top role offered is an associate professor.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. It provides all facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and a library. Classrooms are well-ventilated. It is well known for its aesthetic beauty. As I am fresher, I do not know much about the hostel facility, but from my seniors, I came to know the mess food is of very good quality and the hostel life is very good. Every student lives here friendly and shares food items with each other.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and knowledgeable. They explain every topic in a very easy manner. They are very helpful. I like their problems solving approach very much. They are well-qualified. The course curriculum is very relevant. With this course, you can choose a career like a teacher, professor, civil servant, etc. Semester exams are of a moderate level. The pass percentage is 80-90%.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to become a civil servant. I found this course very relevant because in this we read Hindi literature that helps us to know more about our country and its people.
