Overall good college anyone can go for it.

Placements: Placement in mechanical trade is quite good. Some candidate got 4 Lacs and above package. Overall the place is moderate. It department placement is good as well as computer Science and electronic engineering. Less amount of core company visit in college.

The college is, overall, not good considering all the points. I am dissatisfied after 4 years.

Placements: The placements in the electrical department are pathetic. Only 21 out of 140 candidates got placed that too in TCS. All the campusing process was like a pool campusing as more than 6 Techno India Group of Colleges were called at one place for recruitment by different companies, so the chances of selection decreases. I personally could attend only one interview of a company in which I along with my 3 college mates who cleared technical round and got rejected after interview. Placements in CSE and...

Absolutely bad infrastructure.

Placements: The placements of our senior batches student are very low. The highest package is of 16 LPA, and the average package is of 4 LPA. Many numbers of companies visit for placements, but those are not sufficient for students. The college should focus on this problem.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the college staff, poor infrastructure and very bad placement scenario.

Placements: Right now, I am in the final year, and I am still unplaced. The placement scenario here is very bad. We have to go to other colleges for the campus drive. Where in a pool campus, we have to compete with 3000-4000 students from other colleges. From the last 3 years, our college failed to bring core companies for our placement. Nearly, 150 students are there in our department, but hardly 5-7 students are placed. And, that too, in sales company or software company which is far from our field of stu...

Placement faculty and infrastructure is not good so it is an average college.

Placements: The placement of this college is average for CSE, IT and ECE department students and the worst for other departments. Only TCS come which hired approximately 200 students. Most of the students who got placed in TCS are from the above-mentioned departments. Total 30-40 companies come to this college. Approximately 300 students got placed out of 1500 students per year.

Placement is good for other departments except core departments, and infrastructure have to improve .

Placements: Placement of our batch is average. Good for CSE, IT & ECE department. But poor for civil and mechanical department.15-20% placement for core department and 60 percent for CSE IT ECE department. The highest package is 16 LPA and the lowest is 2.1 LPA. TCS, Infosys, Johnson controls, precast infrastructure, KMC Construction, IBM etc.

College full of false assurances.

Placements: 1 student from the previous year and 4 students from 2017 batch got placed (disciple: civil engineering). The core department was also asked to join non-core campuses drive. The companies, which were mentioned for core departmental requirements, was a hoax.

A review on Netaji Subhash Engineering College.

Placements: In the civil department, few companies came to the college, but more students do not get placed in them. In other streams, the placement is good, and in my batch, only 4 to 5 civil students got paced in Reliance. Many students are interested in higher education and a government job.

Moderate kind of college. Some good facilities are missing.

Placements: The placements are moderate, not at all good. In IT industry, the placement is about 50-60%, but in core departments, the placement is a disaster. The core departments are lagging in placement. They take admission of 120 in each department, but they can hardly give the placement of 10 out of that in core department.

According to the semester fee we pay, it is not worthy to study here.

Placements: Currently, the placements in my department are very poor, less than 30 percent of the students got placed for the batch 2014-2018. Our training and placement officer is not student-friendly, because of him, we don't get companies to conduct campusing in our college.

Faculty members are very supportive, but less number of students got placed.

Placements: Placements were not much good for our department as only a very few companies visited. Those companies also offered less salaries, and maximum companies which visited are software. There was a placement cell here, but they played a very negligible role regarding placements issue of core department. Mass recruiters hire maximum students for the software field. The construction company visited here, but it recruited a small number of students.

Placement is the most vital problem for upcoming students.

Placements: The placements are not up to the mark of our expectations. More mass recruitment is required. 10-15 students got the opportunity to do internships only in TCS. Majority of the students didn't have the opportunity or any help from college to apply for an internship.

I was dissatisfied with the college.

Placements: Frankly speaking, the year in which I have completed my degree, the placements were below average. Only one renowned IT company like TCS came to our college for a campus drive. They selected almost 40 percent of the total students. Most importantly whatever stream of engineering you choose to study, there is only one option to get placed which is TCS. The same story was in our senior batch. At that time TCS and Infosys came from campus drive. It's pathetic, and you can take CS and IT stream. In ...

A review about Netaji Subhash Engineering College.

Placements: I need a good placement in India. I am trying to work hard in this field. Maybe it can help me out as the market for the placement is not special. Before this year, the placement was good. TCS and other companies visited, but nowadays, it is not going well.

Dissatisfied with our college because of its poor infrastructure.

Placements: The year I passed out, the placement was really good. Around 80% of the students got placed in ECE, but all were in IT companies. Not a single core company came to recruit. Then onwards, the placement became an issue, and in the last year, a lot of violent incidents have happened in the college due to lack of the student's placement.

Review of Netaji Subhash Engineering College - NSEC.

Placements: Placements in our college are good, especially for information technology and computer science engineering graduates. But placements lack for civil, mechanical and biotechnology engineering courses. The average salary package offered was 3.0 LPA. TCS was the mass recruiter in the year 2016.

Good faculty, but the placements and infrastructure not up to the mark.

Placements: There are plenty of placement opportunities for IT branches especially in ECE. The core branches have a very poor placement record. Pool Campuses are organised in other techno colleges, and that is the only way for core branches to get a job. The placement scenario is still better than the several private colleges of West Bengal.

It has great faculty, facilities, infrastructure but the placements are poor.

Placements: In this college only TCS gives placements. No core companies come for placements for 2016 batch, but in 2012 there was a good placement. After 2016 I heard that the placements are not good. Only software companies come for the placements. No core companies come here. There was a placement cell in the college.

The college is not good not bad. Last year, the placements didn't meet everyone's expectations.

Placements: Around 80% of the placements were offered in B.Tech CSE and ECE department, 70-75% in IT department, around 50% in EE. Rest branches have below 50%. TCS is one the mass recruiter. Last year, the placements didn't meet everyone's expectations, and there was a huge strike too. The college should focus on the placements opportunities of the core branches also.

Not much core companies visit the campus. The faculty are of pretty good standard.

Placements: The placement process is mostly TCS centric. In our batch, around 150 students were recruited by TCS. The remaining, most of the students got in other IT firms like Infosys and Accenture. The pay was of pretty standard and mostly uniform across the IT space for a fresher. It was somewhere around 3.16 LPA CTC. In our batch, the internship opportunities were not that great, and those who managed to get one got through the individual connection.
