During JEE Mains Round 1 cutoff, the opening and closing ranks for the NIT Arunachal Pradesh CSE programme stood at 23566, respectively for the General category students. As per the Round 1 cutoff,  BTech in Computer Science and Engineering was the most competitive specialisation with a closing cutoff of 23566, followed by BTech in Electrical Engineering with 35385.
