NIT Delhi offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses to the students. At the undergraduate level, NIT Delhi offers BTech courses to students. The total tuition fee for the BTech course is INR 5 LPA. The fee is exclusive of various components such as mess charges, application fee, and other charges. BTech Eligibility Criteria. Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech programme at NIT are required to pass their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as mandatory subjects. The National Institutes of Technology (NIT) Delhi has a defined fee structure for its BTech programme as outlined below:

• The total tuition fee for the BTech programme is INR 5,99,600.
• For the first semester of the BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, the tuition fee is INR 5 lakh.
• The annual fee for the BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering is INR 1.64 lakh per year. 
• To be eligible for the BTech programme admissions, applicants must have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 75% marks and must have appeared for the JEE Main exams.

IIIT Allahabad accpets JEE Main score for admission to the BTech courses. As per the IIIT Allahabad cutoff 2023, the Last Round closing rank for BTech ranged between 5924 and 9558, among which Information Technology was the most competitive specialisation. The Round 1 closing rank for BTech ranged between 4817 and 8428 for BTech.
