NITG is definitely one of the developing NITs, as it now has its own new campus.
Placements: NIT Goa has good placements, and in the branch Civil, it also has good placements. Students got average packages of 13 LPA. Government companies & MNCs do come here for placement. It has good placement of cells, which is very good. All you need is skills. If you have good skills, you will get placed .
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is so good as we shifted to our new campus. So everything on the new campus is new & good. Canteen, medical facility, etc.—everything is good. Faculty members will help you in everything. Also, you will get single rooms from the first year in this NIT, which is a very good thing.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive & good. All are polite & of a helpful nature. Every course has highly qualified teachers. Exams are definitely tough, as it is engineering but a hardworking person can definitely do it. But definitely figure out which branch you like most .
Other: Everything here is so good. We have our techno-cultural festival, Saavyas, of NITG, and then we also have the Prasang event of the Inter Branch. If you are really interested in construction planning & all, you can choose civil engineering, but if you don't have any interest, then don't choose it.

It is a very good NIT amongst newer NITs.
Placements: Placements are decent. If you work hard, you will get placed. The highest salary package for civil engineering is 14 LPA. The minimum salary package offered is 5 LPA. Good companies, like HPl, BPCL, and many more PSUs, visit our campus.
Infrastructure: We are yet to get a permanent campus, but we will get it soon. The civil and mechanical departments are the newest branches, and hence they are developing. The infrastructure of this college is average. We have temporary hostels rented from Goa Engineering College.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and above average. Some have been working since the college started in 2011. Exam cells are good in NIT Goa. Teachers are strict regarding exams and tests. The marking scheme is relative, and only deserving candidates make up to the fourth year.

It is a very well-known institute in the country.
Placements: Approximately 30 students from 2018-19 batch got placed. Almost 100% of CSE students got placed with the highest salary package of 14 LPA, and the average salary package ranges from 6 to 7 LPA. The top recruiting companies of our college were Facebook, Microsoft and Amazon for the roles of software engineers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not very high-end, but our college provides proper conditions to study. It provides high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity for students in the hostel as well as college. Labs are equipped with the latest lab materials. The library provides you with all kinds of books to read. The food served here is not much good.
Faculty: Teachers of National Institute of Goa are knowledgeable, helpful and are well qualified in their respective fields and areas of study. They make us students qualified for a high-level programme, and also they make the students industry-ready. Students always appreciate the efforts of teachers here.
