Review of National Institute of Technology, mizoram.
Placements: Placements are good here. Since it is a temporary campus, mostly online interviews happen, so there is a chance you can get placed easily. The number of students here is less, which is also a good reason that you get placed as compared to other colleges.
Infrastructure: Since it is a hill area, network issues are there. But they provide Wi-Fi here, and sometimes Wi-Fi works slowly. Hostels are on the average side. Food is also not convincing, and since it is in the North, students can't even like food outside. Students don't get a homely feel.
Faculty: Faculty members are good here. Exams happen every three months per semester, so they are completed fast. Working days are also fewer. Exam levels are good. They provide PDFs. Faculty members are also from professional backgrounds, such as Dr., etc. Curriculum is also good.

A good college having decent increasing placements and facilities are the best here.
Placements: This college has decent placements, and one of our seniors received a PPO of 44 LPA from Microsoft this year. The placement scenario is as follows: 81% of CSE students were placed with an average package of 10 LPA, 85% of ECE students were placed with an average of 8.78 LPA, and 100% of Electrical students were placed with an average package of 8.56 LPA. Similarly, Mechanical and Civil branches had about 95-100% placements with an average package of 4 to 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: As expected, the mess food is not great, but we do get non-vegetarian food three days a week. Mess hygiene is good. Hostels have decent Wi-Fi, geysers, and other basic amenities. The library is good but lacks sufficient space for reading. Since the college does not have a permanent campus, all the buildings are rented.
Faculty: NIT Mizoram has some of the best faculty members. They are very supportive and always give their best for the students. All professors and Ph.D. scholars are well-qualified and possess good knowledge in their respective fields. The course curriculum is the same as other NITs and is highly aligned with modern industry requirements.
Other: Due to the lack of a permanent campus, only a few events and fests are conducted here. I chose the ECE branch because seniors mentioned that the ECE faculty here are the best.

My review on NIT Mizoram.
Placements: The placements are pretty good, and if we study well and get a good CGPA, we'll get placed easily. Even if we get an average CGPA, there are high chance that we'll get placed. There are fewer students here than at other colleges, which is one reason why it's easier to get placed. And, of course, the NIT tag is beneficial.
Infrastructure: Since it is a hill area, the network is not that good. They provide Wi-Fi, but sometimes the network is slow. The infrastructure is average since it is a hill area and a temporary campus. The food here in the North is not acceptable. Every day there are potatoes in the mess, and the food is not that good.
Faculty: The faculty at this college is good. Exams are held every three months, which means that the syllabus is completed quickly. As a result, the number of working days is also less. We will need to study from PDFs, which is common in any B.Tech college. The semester exams are of a good level, which means they are somewhat tough. However, this is the case at every college.

The building of permanent campus is under process. College has also signed MoU with 2 IITs.
Placements: Good numbers of students are placed in the CS fields (independent of branch which you have chosen). And the average placement is growing with a rate of almost 2 lakh year. One of our seniors also got a placement of 44 lakhs by Microsoft (off campus).
Infrastructure: Because of the temporary campus, you might have to adjust. But with all the infrastructure we have here, it's decent here. There's been a new boys hostel for 1st year, which is very good compared to the current boys hostel for 1st year. WiFi works decent too. There are some issues with mobile networks and data.
Faculty: Professors here are really helpful with the academic part. Exams are a bit inclined to the tough side, with curriculum par with the current industry situation. Relative grading is set to start from this current academic year. Libraries include books from many good authors and also a good collection of online books.

Below average infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Almost 80 percent of students get placed in electronics and communication branch. Average package is 8 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are Byju's, Tata, Unacademy, etc. Almost seventy percent student got internship from our course in top companies.
Infrastructure: College is functioning in temporary campus. All labs are in good condition. All necessary lab equipments are available in lab. Classrooms infrastructure are normal as school classroom. Hostel Wi-Fi is very poor. Mess food is average. Medical facilities are also average. No sports and game are available in hostel. Although sports fest is organised in every year at rented sports ground. There is no specific ground of NIT Mizoram.
Faculty: All teachers are highly qualified. There teaching quality is as good as other NIT colleges. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant. Yes, it makes the student industry ready. Semester exams in the college are not much difficult because teacher give the question from notes. Pass percentage is 34 percent.

Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.
