Placements: It's a new branch in NIT Goa. 1st campus placement of mechanical branch will take place in year 2022. All other branches have a good average placement and is increasing year by year. Last year CSE and ECE branch placement was 100 percent and their average package was around 7 Lacs per annum.

Placements: More than 80% placements are provided in the college. The highest package offered is 9 LPA, and the average is about 5 LPA. The placement season starts in the 7th semester for the final year students. Many companies offered jobs in the IT sector and few offered the core electrical roles. However, if a student has already secured 2 jobs, he/she cannot sit for any more placement drives.
Placements: The placements are going great with our current batch. Half of the students are placed in internships, as compared to previous batches, it is good. Still, many more companies will be coming. The companies like Intel are visiting the campus. B.Tech placement is too good, and M.Tech placement ratio is increasing day by day.
Placements: We had decent placements with a minimum salary of 4 lakhs to the highest of 14 lakhs pa. Paid internship was offered by Seimens at 2 lakhs for 4 months internship. Roles offered were software developer, network admin, VLSI design and testing, power electronics core jobs by L&T.
Placements: Almost 100% placements for all eligible students of my batch. People with very poor performance remained unemployed at the end. Pretty good progress over the years. Maybe a few more big companies is what it needs to improve on. Average package is 4-5 lpa. Internships are in a good shape.
I did my B.Tech in NIT Goa. Everyone knows that it's a new NIT and hence most of the people are reluctant to choose it. NIT Goa is yet to get its own campus, but with the available infrastructure they have made the best they could. Teaching and non-teaching staffs are well qualified. Ph.D. is a must for anyone to join NIT Goa as a lecturer. Overall it's a good institute to do engineering. And you know the value of the brand 'NIT'.
It has semester schedules quite different than other NITs i.e. longer winter holidays and short or almost non existential summer holidays as a result students face problems with internships. Old departments have good faculty both in no’s and quality but placements are really good. Remote location and disturbed area so attracts less than half of companies compared to other NITs.
Placements: Placements are decent. If you work hard, you will get placed. The highest salary package for civil engineering is 14 LPA. The minimum salary package offered is 5 LPA. Good companies, like HPl, BPCL, and many more PSUs, visit our campus.
