It has awesome placements, excellent faculty and very good hostel.

Placements: NIT Jamshedpur is known for its excellent placements. Compared with its ranking, then the placements are far better than most of the NITs and few of IITs. In session 2020-2021, NIT, Jamshedpur, achieved a new height in placements. I am satisfied because of the infrastructure, the best placements, mess and hostel.

Placements: Almost 95% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 29 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 11.8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, Qualcomm, Lowe's Services India, etc., visit our campus for placements. About 30-40% of the students from the ECE course got an internship in Groww, Amazon, Juspay, etc. Roles like SDE1 and product engineer are offered to the students.

Placements: 96% of placements are provided for ECE students (2020). The highest package offered is 32 Lacs per annum. The lowest package is 4-5 Lacs per annum. Placements: Our college provides 100% placement in the CSE course. This year the highest salary package offered is 38 LPA by DE Shaw. NIT Jamshedpur is a decent college in terms of placement and campus-life.

Placements: The placement statistics of NIT Jamshedpur are very decent. In the previous year, overall 92% of the student got placed, and the average salary package offered was 9.38 LPA. Absolutely amazed with the coding culture, and the faculty members are very supportive.

Placements: The placements are excellent. In computer science, 100% of the eligible students got placed this year. Amazon offered 10 students a package of 30 LPA. The average package for my branch was 15.35 LPA, and that of the whole college was 9.35 LPA.

The college provides good placements and quite good opportunities.

Placements: The college has decent placements. 100+ companies visit the campus, with approximately 35 companies for electrical engineering. The highest package offered was 39 LPA in electrical engineering. Infosys, L&T ECC, Capgemini, Axxela, Advisory, Tata and many big companies are the on-campus top recruiters. Although the college has a low ranking due to the lack of research work and infrastructure, it has very good placements. The infrastructure has been developed a lot now.

A college with better placements than some well known IITs.

Placements: Around 95% students got placed this year. Average is about 16 LPA. Many students get good internships and there are many companies that offer internships for each and every year student which makes it good for the students to know about how the companies work.

Our college has good placements, good faculty members and also good infrastructure.

Placements: Almost 92% of the students were placed from the computer science branch. The highest salary package offered was 43 LPA, which was provided by Microsoft off-campus. Around 40%-50% of students got internships in different companies like Amazon, Adobe, Flipkart, Oyo, etc. Not any top roles are offered in our course by our college.

Placements: Almost 90% of the students from CSE from the 2020 batch got placed. The highest salary package offered is 43 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3.14 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 12 LPA. Salary packages offered to the students are better. Placements: Nearly 93% of students are placed in my course. The highest package offered in my course is 10.09 LPA, the lowest package is 3.5 LPA, and the average package is 6 LPA. The top recruiting companies for my course are TATA, Vedanta, and AMNS. 20% of students got internships from my course in Tata Long Products, Tata Metaliks and some different ed-tech companies. The top role offered in my course is a metallurgical engineer.

Placements: My course was M.Sc. mathematics, and my batch was from 2016-2018. 10% of students got placed from my course. Our college culture is good, and the hostel infrastructure is also pretty good.

Placements: Placements are Pretty good, but this year placements are low due to covid. Otherwise, placements are quite good. Companies which came to our college are good like Amazon, Oneplus, Honeywell, Deloitte, Adobe and Maersk. The placement process is also quite simple, and companies also come to our college for internships.

I am absolutely satisfied because it gives freedom to build your personality.

Placements: Almost every student got placed in the corporate sector or enrolled in a PhD. The highest salary package offered was 5.8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 4.2 LPA. Tata Motors was the topmost recruiting company for our course. Almost every student got an internship from our college. You can either join in any coaching company or in the corporate for internships.

NIT Jamshedpur - a college know for it's placements.

Placements: Almost all students, except the ones who purposely don't appear in interviews for the sake of further studies in CSE get placed. The average package last year was around 14 LPA with the highest being 43.5 LPA offered to two students by Microsoft. Even other branches have good placement records due to the college being located in an industrial area.
