Good placement, but it needs to work on its infrastructure.
Placements: 83.8% students are placed this year. The highest package that went is 60LPA, the median package is 20LPA, and the lowest package is 16LPA in 2025. Top recruiting companies include Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, Texas Instruments, Deloitte, and Accenture.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not so good, the conditions of the washrooms are very bad in the lecture hall complex, in labs, and even in the library. The classroom is good, though, and the AC works fine. We have a problem with Wi-Fi in the library. Food is average in the mess, and the canteen offers good food. Medical facility is available. We also have sports to play.
Faculty: Teaching quality is average. Some professors are knowledgeable and also know how to teach, while there are some who have knowledge but cannot really teach. Semester exams are not hard if studied wisely. Only some professors give hard papers otherwise, its fine.
Other: Its an open campus, so its not that good. Fests are good, and events are conducted throughout the year. We have a cultural fest, a technical fest, and also a branch fest for every branch.

Best NIT in India. Placement is good.
Placements: 96% of students are placed. The highest package is 17LPA. Top recruiting companies are LNT, Tata Steel, Jusco, etc. They get internship in Jusco about 50% and many more companies like ICICI Bank, all the students did a great job in placement also.
Infrastructure: All the classrooms are neat and clean. The diamond jubilee lecture hall is the best, the hostel is also good, and the mess food is also okay. The gym section is good, football, basketball, volleyball court, lawn tennis court, badminton court, chess area, everything is nice.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified from good IITs and NITs. They help us in very difficult situations. The semester exam is not so tough, almost all the students pass. All the teachers are well educated, and they are also doing research work and teaching M.Teach and Ph.D. students.
Other: I love civil engineering, thats why I chose civil and wanted to be in the core. In NIT, JSR events are the best, including cultural night, branch fest, tech fest, sports fest, and many more things.

Satisfied with college. Actually, I started preparation for JEE in a drop year.
Placements: In general, our branch almost every student got placed. Generally, civil engineering branch students prefer to go for government jobs rather than any corporate jobs. Besides all that, people got good placements from many companies like L&T.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is working regularly, but during exam time, it gets stuck and does not work properly. After paying money, we have to recharge the phones to use data. LAN is working properly. Hostel quality is good, but I got the top floor. We know the college is behind the industrial area, and it gets too hot.
Faculty: It is too difficult to pass the examination. All the teachers present here are almost from the Indian Institutes of Technology. They have too much knowledge, but the knowledge and teaching methods are totally different. Some teachers know everything but are not able to describe it properly.
Other: I love to build new infrastructure.

The infrastructure is okay, but the placements are good.
Placements: The placements are good, and the placement cell is also supportive. It is one of the best colleges for core placements, having much better core placements and percentage than any other NITs in the list. The college is known for this placement more than any other.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average, and the labs are old but pretty enough so you don't face any problem with learning. It's also one of the developing NITs, and definitely, it will grow more in research and also in infrastructure. Its NIRF ranking has also increased. It has now moved to the 82nd position from 100-150.
Faculty: The curriculum is very poor. They have to update it to the new curriculum that most of the colleges are following, making students industry-ready from the very start of their course. They also took the initiative this year; they have started core subjects in many branches.
Other: My batch is pretty good, and the batchmates are also good and competitive, getting a good environment here to grow.

Pretty good, not so bad, better than good! Can opt!
Placements: 90-30% of students got placed. The highest package is 82 LPA. The average package is 22 LPA. Over 725 job offers were made. More than 260 companies visited the campus. Over 100 new companies participated for the first time. Placements are less than last time, but maybe now it'll pick up due to the increased NIRF ranking.
Infrastructure: Old hostels are bad. New hostels are top-notch. Canteens, etc., are good. Mess food is bad. Classrooms are good. Wi-Fi has a hard setup. It's hard to connect, and the process lags. The library has AC, and it's average, not top-class, though. There's a computer center to use for our work with a good AC setup.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified with many degrees and gold medals from top IITs and all. They teach and cover the syllabus well. Some of them are strict. The curriculum is updated for the 2025 batch. It upgrades to today's time, which is good. But all drawbacks are for batches from 2024 to 2028 only. Exams are hard for real.
Other: I was not getting CSE, so I chose ECE. Relatively, grading should start. Fests and events are at the top-notch! There is an event every other weekend. Fests are top-notch for real. Scholarships, refunds, and everything work well. Sports and tournaments are good too.

Best placement, good coding culture, good faculty, and helpful seniors available 24/7.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students get placed in four companies, and in non-tech almost 100%. Highest package was 82 LPA, average package for 22 LPA, and the lowest package was 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Google, Microsoft, LNT, etc. Almost 72-80% for Sales roles.
Infrastructure: Overall the facilities are average, but in terms of infrastructure, they are a little bit old. Classrooms are good. Wi-Fi is not good. Library is average. Facility of postal is good for the first year, but after 1st year it is average. Medical facilities are good. Mess average. Canteen has good sports and games.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful, but not all are. Some teachers are well-qualified. They have a good background in studies. Teaching quality is average. Course is not relevant for the text students, but it is relevant for the course students. It makes the student industrial-ready. Semester exams are very easy, you can easily pass, but if you have to score a good CGPA, you need to work hard.
Other: I chose this course because, according to my rank, this was the best thing that I got. Also, this branch is evergreen, so in future, you do not have to worry about this. Improvement I want to see on our campus is crowd control. Fests and events are very good, they happen almost all over the year, there are three main ones, Tech First, cultural fest, and sports, with cultural activities also good to engage in.
