Disappointed due to faculty, but the hostel and overall environment are good.

Faculty: The faculty is not that impressive; it's not completely bad but okay. Professors conduct classes, and Ph.D. scholars also teach some classes, but the teaching level is good. Exams are conducted very strictly; failing in regular semesters can lead to supplementary, arrear, and summer term exams to clear subjects.

Quite an awesome academic boosting experience.

Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified as they all come from a research-oriented institute of national importance. There is quite a diversity in faculty members from across the country and they teach according to national standards. The curriculum is well updated and the students are well prepared both theoretically and practically with the top-notch laboratories and equipment in the state of Nagaland. The difficulty of the semester depends on the particular teacher as they are also the ones setting th...

Review of NIT Nagaland - National Institute of Technology.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful here. We can ask any question related to the subject without hesitation, and they will answer us. Semesters are very easy. We can pass easily since it is a grading system and the strength is also very low. The pass percentage for the semester exam is 40%.

Not so good placement for civil, but worth it for a good college experience and healthy environment.

Faculty: The teachers were good. I especially like the math teacher, though he takes too many extra classes. The exam questions are fine enough, like any other NIT. Just pray you don't get backlogged because they make it so difficult to pass. You might end up with backlogs until the sixth semester if you fail in the first semester.

NIT Nagaland offers proper facilities and faculty to the students in our course.

Faculty: Teachers of the college are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is really good and understandable. Teachers solve all our doubts and give us proper guidance. Course curriculum followed at this college is relevant and makes the students industry ready. Exams of our college are not that hard to pass.

Our college placements are excellent and CSE is excellent.

Faculty: Some teachers are excellent and some are better. Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Semester exams are difficult but starting with the 5th semester, the syllabus is good for civil engineers.

I would recommend students to join this college.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. They are well-qualified, and the teaching quality is better. They also provide notes to us. Semester exams are moderate. If we prepare well then we can score good marks.

Science beauty of this campus eases the problems and defects.

Faculty: Professors are very approachable and ready to help. Ph.D. scholars also have deep knowledge of the subject and are friendly too. One of the best things about my college is academics are not that difficult, so students get ample time to focus on developing other skills.

Review of National Institute of Technology, Nagaland.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is good and somewhat helpful. Each course has qualified faculty members but some teachers don't even take the class the whole semester. They help in exams at the end by giving some important topics. Semester exams paper difficulty is average and the pass percentage is 90%.

It is a good place with a lot of opportunities.

Faculty: All the teachers are experienced and quite encouraging. Some teachers focus on GATE exams while others on placements. It's rather balanced. The semester exams are approachable if you have studied enough. It's not hard to maintain a decent GPA at this college.

Overall, NIT-Nagaland, is a good college and value for money if you're an average student.

Faculty: The infrastructure and facilities available in our college are good. The central library of NITN situated in inside the admin building is the nerve center for all academic activities. Wi-Fi is free for all students. Labs are well-equipped.

It is a second home. Students would never regret spending their college life here.

Faculty: Teachers here are approachable and always ready to help students in need. Each teacher has a master or PhD degree in their field. Courses are well revised and taught in a way that every student can understand. Apart from courses, the practicals are taught, which make us prepared for life.
