The highest and average package offered during NIT Puducherry MTech placements in 2023 was INR 24.70 LPA and INR 10.50 LPA,  respectively. Students seeking admission to NIT Puducherry M.Tech courses can take admission via GATE exam. The steps to apply for GATE are as follows:

1. Go to the GATE 2025 registration portal.

2. Rgister as new candidate. Generate login credentials.

3. Login using credentials generated in the last step.

4. Fill out the application form and pay the application fees. The GATE application fees 2025 is INR 1,800 for general and INR 900 for female/SC/ST/PwD.

5. Submit the form.
