Our college has good placements and great infrastructure.

Placements: About 40% of students were placed in 2021. The highest salary package offered is 23 LPA, and the average is 8.5 LPA. Lots of companies, like Dr. Reddy's, Mankind, Hindustan Uniliver, and many IT companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Optum, Adobe, etc., come to our college. Most IT companies are recruiting for analyst roles, but very few companies are recruiting for SDE roles. They provide internships to get practical and industrial knowledge. Most students are doing inter...

It provides very good placements but not good campus life.

Placements: Around 96% of our course students were placed the previous year. The highest salary package offered is 62 LPA and the lowest salary package is 6 LPA. Adobe is the top recruiting company in our college. Amazon, G-Shock, etc., are some good recruiting companies. Some tech giants like Google, Microsoft, etc., are providing internships and placements.

The infrastructure of our college is not good.

Placements: Many companies from the core sector, like Vedanta, visit our campus. If you want to get a job in a non-core sector, then companies will agree to give you a great opportunity. You can get jobs in core as well as non-core sectors.

I am dissatisfied with the infrastructure but satisfied with placement opportunities.

Placements: The placement scenario is good, but it is below average when compared to top NITs. Opportunities or placements in the tech domain are quite impressive, but it's kind of below average for core companies as very few companies visit the campus.

Above average that is because of college building and hostel facility.

Placements: 60 percent placements are offered. 12 lpa is the highest offer,6 lpa is the average offer and 1 LPA is the lowest package offered. vedanta is the top recruiter. As it is metallurgical and materials engineering, internship opportunities are less in college as it is a core branch. Good managing skill roles for engineers are offered.. For a research based person our college is very good.

NIT Raipur is a good college for placements.

Placements: NIT Raipur has excellent placements and it is among top 6 national institutes. You don't need to worry about the placements. You will definitely be placed at average CTC which is about 10-12 LPA. You also get good internships to have real world experience before you get placed. Maximum students get placed. You get companies like Samsung, Adobe, etc.
