In our college, almost 89.6% of students are placed.

Placements: The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 4.7 LPA. Top recruiting companies like GAIL, PSU, etc., visit our campus every year to recruit students with good salary packages.

College is good and improving year by year.

Placements: I am yet to apply for placements. But, as per seniors, the placements in civil engineering are average. CSE and IT have relatively better placements than civil. As the ranking of college is improving year by year, so, placements are also improving. In coming years it will be good.

It is a developing college with many academic opportunities.

Placements: Around 78% of students got placed in our course. The average salary package offered was 9 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 18.36 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Indian Oil, HP, Reliance, Mahindra, Honda, HCL, and Reliance. Internships are also offered in companies like Tata, etc. Our seniors told us that most of them got placements on their own, so college placements are irrelevant.

Our college is a good college.

Placements: On-campus placements are low compared to other branches like CS, IT, and ECE. The reasons could be the lack of interest of students in getting into private jobs and many students choose to do research.

Review of NIT Srinagar National Institute of Technology.

Placements: Around 60-70% of students got placed with an average package of 7-8 LPA. The top recruiting companies are IOCL, HPCL, and other PSUs. I think 25-30% of students got internships in 1st year. This year, two of our seniors got placed with 22 LPA in PSUs.

The college is good for studying.

Placements: I can say that a majority of students get placed here. It's the only way to improve the NIRF ranking, so they try their best to provide placements. This year, 90% of students got placed, and many have received jobs from good companies like Microsoft, Google, etc., along with good internships, which you can check out on NIT Srinagar's Instagram handle.

Good facilities, good holidays, good placements, but strict rules.

Placements: Campus placement drive started 1 month ago and nearly top 15+ companies like D.E. Shaw, Oracle and Amazon have already visited the campus. As placements drive just started, students are getting placed, but still 6 months are left in drive, so it depends on how you perform in interviews, as you will get so many chances to sit in interviews.

I am satisfied because of its teachers, good placements for 2021, and good infrastructure.

Placements: Many students get placed in various companies both from the IT sector and core side. Around 100% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 42 LPA by Google.

NIT Srinagar is a good college.

Placements: About 87.9% are placed. The highest package is 16.8 LPA and the lowest is 5.5 LPA. Vedanta is the top recruiter. About 45% got internships in companies like Samsung. The top role offered is system engineer. The placement percentage may increase because many went abroad to study, so they were considered not placed.

Placement is increasing so it's worth joining, you have to adjust with mess food.

Placements: Placement of the 2018 batch is 72% which is the maximum for metallurgical students ever in NIT Srinagar. In future it's looking like it'll increase further are so cooperative, they even gave us chance to choose between management and the IT sector in the 5th sem.

It is worth to join NIT Srinagar.

Placements: There is a huge increase in placements this year. Big companies like Samsung, De Shaw, and Intel hired students. 36 LPA is the highest salary package from De Shaw. The college is working hard to get placements with big companies. This year, almost 90% of students got placed.

NIT Srinagar is the best college based on campus life.

Placements: I am studying civil engineering at NIT, Srinagar in 2021. It is a very good college and also an institute of national importance. This college is very helpful for our future career. We could get good placements from this college if we work hard.

Placements: Placements are not good. In civil engineering, 9% of students get campus placement. The highest package is 13 LPA and other engineering branches have good placement records. The institute has already released its placement report for the year 2020, and the highest CTC stood at 22 LPA, whereas the average CTC Stood at 13 LPA.

Great placement for 2018-22 batch.

Placements: In this year's placement (placement for 2018-2022 batch) is approximately 75%. Even in core branches a lot of students placed. A lot of IT companies also came for placement due to which, students interested in coding got a huge chance for placement. The companies like Byjus, L&T, Balco, KEC etc. Visited the college.

Overall, the college is very good in every aspect.

Placements: Placements are very good in our college. Almost every student from CSE and IT got placed. But in all other branches, the placements are not good enough. In the batch 2019, the average package offered was approximately 7 LPA, and the highest package was 30 LPA. The placement rate is increasing every year.

It has a good campus life. But this area is a little disturbed.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good. Approximately all the students in CSE and IT got placed. But placements in all other branches are not too good. Most of the good companies visited our campus like Samsung, Facebook, Infosys, etc. The highest salary package offered was about 40 LPA.

I am satisfied with this college as it has a NIT tag and an above average placements.

Placements: The percentage of placements varies from branch to branch. The best placements are in CSE, IT, ECE, and mechanical branches this current year. Our seniors got placed in Samsung with a salary package of 40 LPA and one of the seniors got placed in Google with a salary package of 32 LPA. It was the first time that a student of NIT Srinagar got placed in Google.

Placements: In the latest placements around 70-80% of CSE and IT were placed and many more to go with an approximately average placement of 9 LPA and the highest of 19 LPA, the lowest of 5 LPA. If I talk about companies, there is no doubt that good companies including Samsung, Amazon, Infosys visit for recruiting. The negative point is that you yourselves have to find an internship on your own and finally have to submit a Certificate for the same in the college.
