There is greenery all around here. The college offers good education.

Placements: NIT Warangal provides good placement facilities as compared to other NITs. Placements for students have been increasing every year. Many internationally recognised companies visit the campus every year and recruit the students with high packages.

Review of NIT Warangal - National Institute of Technology.

Placements: NIT Warangal is one of the best colleges in the country. I can say that the college can stand after the top five old IITs but only for CSE and ECE branches. They have excellent placements. The average package offered to CSE students was approximately 15 LPA, and the highest package offered was 32 LPA. The average package offered to ECE students was 13 LPA and the highest package offered was 32 LPA. Placements for mechanical and electrical branches are also very good, but the packages are not hig...

NITW - place where knowledge and wisdom goes together.

Placements: At NITW the placement percentage is as high as about 98% for CSE and almost 90% for ECE branches. We have so many companies visiting us every year and ensures a handsome package. The highest package for the present year was around 48 LPA and average was around 13 LPA for ECE. Internships and placements go parallelly and good number of intern offers are provided every year.

The infrastructure is good, and we can gain good knowledge from the college.

Placements: The placements in our college are impressive. Considering the placement statistics of previous years, there is growth in the number of students getting placed, and that's a good sign. Companies like ITC, etc., visited our campus. A good number of internships are also offered to students. It really helped the students to build their career.

I am not fully satisfied as the placements for our branch were not good.

Placements: The placement rate for our senior batch was around 90% while it was around 70% for our batch. A very few core companies visited the campus for the placements of our batch. Only 20% of the students were placed in core companies. Most of the students were placed in other sectors. Placements for computer science students are too good. They are offered an average salary package of 15 LPA.

NIT-W is the place for education with entertainment.

Placements: The college provides excellent placement opportunities, and studying in such a prestigious institution is a boon. Our seniors also had a great experience in the placement section, and I'm sure that around 90% of the students might have got placed in different companies across the world.

As an institute of national importance, it has high-class infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placements here are really fantastic for the ones who want a job after graduation. Students can get salary packages as high as 27 LPA and 15-20 LPA, offered by PSUs. The average salary package offered in mechanical engineering is 8 LPA. But coming to the computer science department, the highest salary package goes up to 50 LPA, and the average goes up to 17 LPA.

A very good college for the overall development of students.

Placements: Internships provided for the 3rd year students in core companies are low. Final year placements are excellent for software students with an average salary package of around 11 LPA to 12 lacs per annum. But again, the average salary package offered in core companies was around 6 LPA to 7 lacs per annum, and you need a CGPA of 7+ for getting a core job. DE Shaw, Microsoft, Samsung, Qualcomm, etc., are some of the software companies. L&T, ITC, ExxonMobil, Maruti, etc., are some of the core companie...

Review of NIT Warangal - National Institute of Technology.

Placements: Students who attended the placement drives in our college are offered a salary package of around 7.98 LPA. But, some students opt for higher education in many colleges and even abroad too. In general, Reliance Industries visit the campus to offer placements, and this is the scenario for the last 3 years. Very few core companies visit the campus to recruit the students, but students opt for opportunities in the software sector.

Placements: Placements for computer science and electronics & communication engineering branches are very good. Placements of other branches are also good enough. Software companies start visiting the campus from the beginning of the academic year. Internships are also great.

This college is ideal for a student with passion and determination.

Placements: Placements for our seniors of the mechanical branch are not that great, but I would say they are okay compared to other NITs. The highest salary package offered was around 26 LPA, but it's a non-core placement. The average salary package offered was 7-8 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Most of the placements were provided by ITC, as it also provided PPOs. One of the students got an internship at ITC with a stipend of 1.5 lakh per month. Students will feel unhappy if they are looking for a career change.

Placements: Placements in the college are quite good. Almost 7% of the students were placed with an average package of 6 LPA. Internships are not provided by the college. Instead, students should search for them. TCS and other software companies visit the college for placements. There is a placement cell in the college, but it has to be maintained by students. It is not that useful.

NITW is average from MBA point of view. If you have a better option, go for it.

Placements: Placements of NITW are not up to its name. Last year, approximately 20 students out of 35 got placed. TCS comes for sure and recruits 10 students on an average. Here, a lot of students have work experience of 1 year or more. Preference is given to the experienced students.

Review of School of Management, NITW.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Companies such as Amazon, TCS, construction companies, production companies and Banks have visited our campus and recruited students. The lowest package offered is Rs. 5.6 LPA and the average package offered is 8 LPA. Internships are not guaranteed as it depends on the placements secretary elected by students and also faculty advisors. They always give suggestions and help the students for placements. The placement training is also provided in the college.

Placements: Our college provides 100% placements assurance only for the candidates who appeared for placements. However, there are some exceptions. Many good companies visit the college. The packages offered are good. The college assists you in every possible way. It has a T&P cell which provides placement assistance to students.

NITW is a place where you learn many things along with studies.

Placements: Placements for MCA of the 2017 batch were very good. Almost 90% of the students were placed in such good firms like Dell, Amazon, Target, Informatica, Oracle with handsome salary packages. Also, the 2018 batch got placements in all those firms including Microsoft, Amazon and Factset. In spite of that, the number of students who were placed this year was less than previous years. Placements: Regarding placements in CSE branch, I can proudly say that around 95% of the students of our senior batch already got placed. The highest salary package offered was 47 LPA. Even internships opportunities are more, and some of our seniors also signed PPOs when they are doing their internship. This year, Microsoft hired two students from our college.
