Placements: As this institute is an institute of National importance the Placement percentage is much better. The Placement percentage of the current batch is more than that of previous batch. The placement percentage of current batch is 95 percent. The highest package is 22-25 LPA. The average package is 5-6 LPA. The companies that visited we're Qualcomm, Intel, SanDisk, Samsung, Oracle, Wipro, Schneider, Microsoft etc. The percentage of internships is not that good for electrical engineering. It is one of top 3 excellent colleges in Telangana.

Placements: The placements depend upon the student placement coordinator and also the class, and the type of specialisation chosen. There will be various type of placements. You may be placed not only in the specialisation you choose, but you may also be placed in IT companies and also in coaching institutes from all over the nation.

Absolutely satisfied with placement records, facilities, best infrastructure, faculty is good.

Placements: Placements in civil branch is not that much good, 60 to 70 % of students got placements with average package of 2-3 Lacs, the highest may go upto 15 Lacs and lowest 2 Lacs. But the placements of branches like CSE, ECE & EEE is really very well, 90 to 100% students got placements with average package of 15 to 16 Lacs. For other branches, the case is same as civil. For civil branch, many core companies comes like L&T. For CSE branch, Many MNC's comes like microsoft, amazon, goldman, jp morgan. I...

Placements: I was placed in FIITJEE. I will talk about my batchmates. Almost 90% of the students got placed in different sectors like I.T, core, teaching and others. On an average, the package of my branch was 7 LPA. The lowest salary offered was 3.25 LPA, and the highest package was 25 LPA.

NIT, Warangal, is a great place to study.

Placements: The placements here are excellent. 117 students out of 118 students received job offers last year, with the one opting for higher education. Major companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Nvidia, Uber, De Shaw, Goldman Sachs etc. visit the campus every year for placements and internships.

I was completely satisfied to take the mechanical branch in NIT Warangal.

Placements: The placements are nice for this year, and in our branch, almost 75% of the people are placed. In CSE, almost 90% of the people are placed and remaining are yet to be placed. However, coming to the salaries, CSE people will get a minimum of 10 LPA. In mechanical, EEE the average will be of 5-6 LPA. The overall percentage of students placed this year is 70-75% roughly which includes all the branches. The companies visited for the recruitment are Amazon, Microsoft, etc., for the year 2017 and 2018...

The college has good placement and developing infrastructure.

Placements: More than 90% of the students were placed with an average of almost 12 LPA. The department is one the oldest departments of NITW and the faculty is very good. The internship opportunities are very wide, and students can get up to 1.5lakh/month in their internships. The highest placements offered in CSE is about 40 LPA whereas in EEE it is around 22 LPA. The placement cell is very active and conducts career guidance sessions all around the year.

It is a land of many dreams, which come true.

Placements: Regarding placements, software companies play a major role. Most of the candidates get selected into one or the other IT companies. Core companies for civil and mechanical too will come for the placements but in a less number. Recently, even management companies also started accepting B.Tech students from our college.

Placements: I am a chemical engineer. So, I can tell you about the placements in our branch. Overall, a decent experience.

Placements: The prospects of core companies coming for placements for B.Tech biotechnology students is slim. However, our campus managed to get 2 core companies while I was there and about 2-3 students were placed in them. Apart from that, many companies are open to all branches, and biotech students do get to sit for most of them. Overall, the placement statistics were great for our year and do continue to do so, with an average package of about 6LPA, and 87-90% students placed.

The National Institute of Technology, Warangal.

Placements: Comparing All other NITs the Warangal campus is the best for the placements. For every year, around 85% of the students will be placed. Last year, in our branch out of 110, 93 members were placed while the remaining either go for further studies or fail to get placed. This is all about the placements according to me.

Placements: The placements here at NIT Warangal in the civil engineering department are good (not saying as excellent) from the knowledge of my seniors. The college, where you see the two sides of a coin.

Placements: The placements are good, but when comparing to other branches, one may not get the comparable packages. But you will be satisfied with the job. There is a chance in the salary increment with your experience. The students have to maintain a good CGPA for getting core jobs. Usually, greater than 7 or 7.5, about 75-85% of the students are placed past year, according to my knowledge. The highest package offered was 11 LPA, and the lowest was 4 LPA has been given.

Companies like Amazon, Visa, Intel, Microsoft, etc. visited our college. Job profiles are application developer, software developer, analyst, statistics, etc. Around 50% of the students got internships. The highest package for this year is 28 lakhs per annum, the lowest is 3 lakhs per annum, and the average package is around 9 lakhs per annum. Placements: The placements are decent and very good for software. Core in mechanical or chemical is around 60%. For CSE and ECE excellent chances are there in placements. Mechanical core has certain companies, but we have to be up to the mark. CGPA matters in placement and internships. Training and placement cell is active and run by students.

Placements: 94% of the super seniors have got placed. Among our seniors, around ten people got placed out of 35, till now that is until the second week of November two people have placed. We have more 2-3 companies coming over. In our college, B.Tech students have good opportunities for the placements compared to our course, and the package is low compared to them.
