A review on MBA, NIT Warangal.

Placements: The placements are okay. The average salary was 6 lakhs per annum. The students are dependent more on off-campus selection or pre-placement offers (during the internship) for higher packages or better job roles. Alumni bases for the department is good, so they also offer help to the student in getting placed.

A college review from MBA course perspective.

Placements: The placements depend upon individual capability. A lot of companies visit for on-campus recruitment with a various package. There is less opportunity for MBA student as compared to B.tech student because this is a technical institute and engineering student gets the priority.

Review of NIT Warangal School of Management

Placements: With a minimum salary of 3.5 LPA to a maximum of 10 LPA offered, it is good and almost all get placed. But till now, the placements are not as great as that of B.Tech students here. But as the reputation of the college is good, students get good offers off-campus placements as well.

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placements for our batch (2016-18) started recently. So far, two companies have visited the campus, and 2 members got placed. Our seniors (of the batch, 2015-17) got placed in TCS, Tech Mahindra, Axis Bank, Muthoot Finance with a good count. Roles like management trainee, analyst, were offered to them. The highest package for our seniors was 6.8 LPA. There are fewer chances of any companies coming to our college to offer internships. It depends on the placement coordinator.

A nice platform to build our skills. The best college to study and enjoy.

Placements: The placements in our college are one of the best figures in the country among all NITs. Last year, the placement statistics were at par with the standards of our college. About 90% of the students were placed last year and the same was the result for the year before the last. The highest salary was 22-23 lpa and the lowest was 3.5 lpa. The average was 6 lpa. About 100-120 companies visited our campus. About internship, almost 60% of the CSE got an internship where the highest stipend was 1.5L p...

Describing the college placement statistics and other things that the college had

Placements: The placements of the campus for all the branches are good. As compared to the last year, this year, we are getting less number of companies. Hope we get more in number from now. 33 LPA was the highest package offered. Microsoft, Amazon, Samsung, Goldman Sachs, Uber, etc. were there. Software engineer was the role offered. Almost all got internships. 1 lakh per month was the highest stipend. The lowest was about 25k.

Completely satisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2016

Placements: Placement in NITW is good. Nearly 100% of the students got placement from the campus who applied for the placement. Companies like Microsoft, Wipro, L&T, Shapoorji Pallonji, etc. visited the campus and offered salaries ranging from 3 lakhs to 70 lakhs per annum. Roles were like graduate engineer trainee and analyst. Placements happened for throughout the academic year. a few packages were offered for abroad also. 60% of the students got the internship from the institute. internships were also gi...

You either become a good engineer or a good person but not both.

Placements: The placements were bad for the metallurgical and materials department for the year 2016. There were no core companies that visited the campus for the recruitment process. Although most of the people got a placement, it was either in a management position or in TCS.

Good placements. Nice infrastructure and facilities to do B.Tech.

Placements: Our placements for every batch were good. Nearly 70% of the students are placed. The highest salary offered in our college is 21LPA by VISA company and the lowest is by Infosys-4LPA. Many companies like Samsung, Oracle, Sandisk, Snapdeal, Flipkart, etc. visited our college. Many people got senior software developer posts. Very few people got an internship like 15%. The stipend offered is nearly 25k per month.

NITW- A platform to earn learn and enjoy.

Placements: The placements are fine and we have got approximately 90% placed last year. The order of precedence of placements is CSE, ECE and EEE followed by mechanical, civil, chemical and biotech. We have two streams one software and another hardware so that we can choose any one of it as per our interest and we also have internship programmes parallel to final year placements in the 3rd year so that we will do it in the 3rd year. We have chances to get a pre-placement offer in that company. Circuit branc...

Good college with nice infastructure.

Placements: The placement stats of previous years were very good. It would be around 80-100% of students getting placed every year. About 20% of students were offered every year. The companies that visit would offer roles like executive managers, management trainees etc.

Satisfied with the faculty and excellent placements in 2016-17

Placements: NIT Warangal tops among other NITs in placements. Almost everyone gets placed by the completion of course. In CSE, there will be 100% placements for sure. For other branch students, if you study well, you will get a job in a good company. Don't worry about placements and concentrate on your studies. You even have a chance of getting internships as well. Last year, from CSE nearly 60% of students got internships the median package for CSE branch was 15 LPA.

Satisfactory college in terms of placements, faculties and facilities.

Placements: The college has good placement records with 98% percent of the students who apply getting placed. Various companies like Microsoft, DE SHaw, Arcesium, Goldman Sachs, Qualcomm, Directi, Texas Instruments, Bajaj, Ford, Amazon, Uber, etc. come for recruitment. Coming to internship, it's somewhat less when compared to placements because of lack of complete knowledge in our subjects. The highest stipend is 1 lac per month and the lowest is 4k per month.

Why you should choose NIT Warangal over other NITs.

Placements: The placement is tremendously good in CSE and other circuit branches like ECE and EEE, comprising of opportunities in both software and hardware fields. For other branches such as Mechanical, civil, metallurgy and biotechnology, the placement statistics is good too.

The college will make you ready for life.

Placements: I don't know if the numbers are quite right but what I've heard is that out of 120 people from our senior civil batch, 90+ were placed. The average salary was 4 LPAa. A range of companies visited the campus including L&T, Fidelity Investments, Bank of America, ITC and more. Many of the companies were open to all the branches.

Placements: 1. Placements were more than average. 2. More than 75%, students got placed in my batch. 3. Highest - 22 LPA, Lowest - 3.2 LPA, Average - 5.5 LPA. 4. VISA, Mahindra and Mahindra, Coal INDIA, HPCL, Hyundai and many more (almost 200). 5. In CSE, almost 75-80% students got an internship but overall it was around 30% only.

Placements: Placements stats of all the branches including mechanical engineering is exceptional this year. More than 70% of the students are placed while 3-4 months are still left and hence, we can except about more than 95% placement this year. Among this, about 60% students were offered core jobs and others in IT, business firm and engineering coaching institute. Around 20 students also got internships in which the highest stipend was provided by ITC (1.25 lakhs/month) and the lowest by Pepsi (8k/month)

Placements: The placements were really good this year and the last year. As we know, no one hires some guy for a high salary in the core branch but many got the best packages in other fields like software and management. To be noted, many best companies have visited this time like Google, Samsung, Amazon, Flipkart, Windows, Visa, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and many other reputed companies. Placements: Placement in core metallurgical companies is less. All remaining either go to software or finance company or coaching institute. But nearly all get placed. It's still less and salaries we get is also less when compared to all other branches. And in the current year, the highest package was Rs. 80 lakhs that of ECE.
