Placements: This is the only government college in the capital city offering B.Tech in biotechnology. Being new (first batch 2011), placements in biotechnology are still not up to the mark. But one of our batchmates has started a startup related to pharmacy. Most of our seniors and also my batchmates are pursuing their M.Tech or placed in any biotech company. Knowledge gained is utmost important.

Placements: In our batch, 90% of students got placed. Out of them 40% were placed in Core Branch and rest in IT sector. 96% of our senior batches also got placed in previous year. Core companies like Arvind, Vardhman, Raymond, Aditya Birla, Alok Industries are coming for placement.

Placements: Placements occur in the 7th semester and onwards like in any other college. There is a good placement cell consisting of the most experienced faculty members of the college who are genuinely working for the betterment of the college. The placement cell is very specific regarding the need of students. The average CTC is 5.5 LPA. The combined placement also occurs for some branches like EE, MECH, CS IT with NIT Rourkela. Placements: There is a placement cell in our college. Due to their coordination, almost 90% placements were held during the 2018 batch, and 300 students were selected. Both technical and non-technical roles were offered, and both on-campus and off-campus drives were held. The salary packages offered ranged from 5-12 lacs per annum.

Placements: Placements in the college are good, but the placements for the civil engineering department are not up to the mark. Since the construction companies need experienced employees, they don't hire freshers. However, some IT companies hire civil engineering students. So placements for the civil engineering department are average when compared to other branches.

Placements: Placements in college are quite good. Some dream companies like Bosch, Vedanta, Delloite and Asian Paints recruit many students with high packages. Almost all the mass recruiters like TCS, Accenture, Infosys, IBM, and Wipro visited for IT students and recruited a huge number of students. The placement record is very high. Almost 64 small and big companies (start-ups and IT giants) visited our college till now.

Placements: Placements in college are good enough. Lots of companies visit the campus for placements. Mainly IT companies visit here and hire almost 70% of students. Salary packages offered are starting from 3.2 LPA. Last year, the highest salary package offered was 25 LPA. Core companies like Asian Paints, Maruti Suzuki, Vedanta, Alumina, etc., visit the campus for placements. In the IT sector, mainly TCS and Accenture companies hire maximum students.

Placements: The placements of the college are excellent. In a batch of 360 students, almost 94% of students were placed. Companies like Maruti Suzuki, Asian Paints, Mu Sigma, TCS, Capgemini, Accenture, Vardhaman Textiles, and IBM etc., have visited our campus for recruitment. The highest salary package offered was around 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.4 LPA.

Placements: The placement scenario of our college was very good. Companies like Maritime Suzuki, Asian Paints, TCS, and Accenture recruited the students from our college. The highest package offered was 25 LPA. Our previous batch students got placed in companies like Hidden, Microsoft, and Google.

Placements: There were 80 students in our batch. Around 25 students joined core companies like Maruti Suzuki, Asian Paints, Vedanta, and TRL. Around 60 students joined software companies like TCS, Accenture, etc. Some students got a good score in GATE, so they have chosen their respective paths. We have top-level placements with a good package of 5.4 LPA CTC in companies like Maruti Suzuki. A package of 25 LPA CTC was offered to three students of information technology in our batch.

Placements: College of Engineering and Technology is the best for its placement opportunities, because every year, around 80 to 85% of the students got placed in many companies. This year, the highest package offered is 15.4 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 3 LPA. This year, around 15 software companies and 10 core companies visited the campus for placements. Placements: In the year 2014, placements in our college were good. About 70% of the computer science and IT department students got placed. Internships were offered to the students on the basis of individual contacts. The major recruiter was Tata Consultancy Services. Companies like IBM, Infosys, Capgemini, Mindtree, etc., came to our college for placements.

Placements: The placement scenario used to be good with a few companies coming for recruitment till the batch of 2016, but right in our year due to a enormous increase in seats and not enough infrastructure to support it there was a downfall in placements. Though there were a number of IT companies coming for placement, there were only a few core companies. The highest placement package for core companies was Asian Paints offering 8.7 LPA whereas the same for CS / IT waa 24 LPA.

Placements: Premier companies offer placements to the final year students during their 7th semester period. Aptitude tests and HR interview are conducted as per the requirement of the recruitment. Last year the highest salary package offered was approximately 35 L. P. A. and the average was calculated as 5 L. P. A. Placements: The placements provided by the college are awesome. Most of the MNCs visit the college and recruit the students of engineering. As the performance of the students who are working in the companies is good, the companies select most of the students from our college. The placement strategy of the college helps the students to achieve success, which results in the growth of the placement statistics.

Placements: In terms of placements CET is way ahead than any other BPUT colleges in Odisha. If you are looking for a good placements in Odisha then CET is the best option. Placements are offering by top IT companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Cgnizent etc. And from Core companies like Vedanta, Tata steel, Asian paints, Maruti Suzuki and many others.

Placements: This college gives utmost importance to the placement drives. Placement of our seniors went as smooth as it could be. No company was disappointed neither with their performance nor with the hospitality. There is separate rooms for placement cell and our TPO is very much active to handle everything related to placements and trainings.

Placements: Basically the main mnc into CET for IT mass recruitment are TCS and Accenture. Apart from that there are many other like PROLIFICS, HCL, TECHMAHINDRA, MINDFIRE, NOWFLOATS etc. Other core companies for respective Branch's also come for hiring. In our batch almost 60%+ got placed.
