The infrastructure is very good, & the college is well-known in Pune. Placements are also excellent.
Placements: My Department is Information Technology. Currently, in the academic year 2023-24, 90% of students get placed from the Information Technology department in well-organized companies. Recruiters like Zscaler, KPIT, Accenture, Bajaj Finserv, Capgemini, Sahaj Software, and various others participate. The highest package is 19.5 LPA and the average is 6 LPA. Companies like ConnectWise, Bajaj Finserv, Barclays, and PTC offered internships.
Infrastructure: All the facilities of the department are excellent, including Wi-Fi and AC-equipped labs. The department has a very good library covering technical and non-technical books. Hostel facilities are also excellent. The newly constructed boys' hostel is equipped with AC and Wi-Fi connected rooms. Mess and canteen facilities are also very good. The college has cricket, football, and volleyball grounds, and an inbuilt badminton court.
Faculty: Teaching quality is high, with all faculty members being well-qualified, most of whom hold Ph.D. degrees. The faculty members are cooperative and willing to help students with projects and other academic work. The course curriculum covers all topics, making students industry-ready. The passing percentage is also very good, with students passing with first-class distinction.
Other: The college provides various private and government scholarships to students. Every year, Swartarang, the college's annual fest, takes place.

Our college provides very good infrastructure and placements.
Placements: Many students get placed in our college. Around 90% of students get placed every year. The recruiting companies are TCS and Infosys. The highest salary package offered to Rahul Badgujar is 38 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is well-developed and modern. It has a great campus and separate hostels for boys and girls. There is a ground. Classrooms and labs are well developed. Labs are open 24 hours.
Faculty: There are two semesters every year, such as mid-term and unit tests. There is a special exam department for conducting exams. Around 60-70% of students pass exams every year.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in computers and I wanted to know about computers.

Good placement, practical-focused curriculum, decent staff, strong internships.
Placements: Approximately 75-80% of students from this college secure placements, with an average salary package of ₹7 lakh per annum. The highest salary this year reached ₹61 lakh for my branch, though the college hasn't officially announced it. Internships are also accessible, with around 40% of students landing internships during their studies, providing valuable work experience. Overall, the placement and internship opportunities here are strong, offering a good foundation for students entering their careers.
Infrastructure: The hostel provides a world-class, fully luxurious experience with top-notch amenities and modern facilities. Classrooms are decent and functional, though the presence of only one lift sometimes causes inconvenience for students, leading to minor delays. On the bright side, the mess serves excellent food, and the canteen stands out with its superb offerings, especially the coffee, which is a highlight for many. Despite the lift issue, the overall experience remains highly positive and comfortable.
Faculty: The teaching staff is decent, and since it's an autonomous institute, the curriculum is designed to be more manageable. Additionally, there's a strong focus on practical learning, which enhances the overall educational experience and prepares students better for real-world applications. The emphasis on hands-on learning sets it apart, making the academic process more engaging and effective for students.
Other: Festivals are conducted every three months.

Our college provides decent placements.
Placements: Placements are decent in our college. Many product-based companies visit our campus to recruit students. The highest salary package offered is 36 LPA. The average salary package offered for the CS course is more than 7 LPA. Students have to prepare hard to get placements. Many new companies visit our college every year to recruit students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The campus is spread over 13 acres of land. Our college provides a hostel and two canteens. The food served in the mess is average. The hostel rooms are good, but the hostel is strict. Students have to be in their rooms before 10 pm.
Faculty: Our professors are very helpful and strict. Our college has become autonomous, so the syllabus is very interesting. Our college focuses on academics. Exams are moderate. We have to attend all lectures and submit assignments on time.
Other: Students must wear our college uniform, which is compulsory in our college. Our college is strict. If you want to study, then this college is good.

A decent college experience .
Placements: I'm a second-year student, just finished my first year. I don't know all the details about the placements but a few students from my batch have got internships because of the skills they learnt beforehand. The average package would be 6-8 LPA. However, students have also received a package as high as 35 LPA and 61 LPA in IT and CS branches. I think the overall packages are decent and one can bag a really good one if they work hard for it.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent. Wi-fi access is only given to the students who live in the hostel. Also, there is no range for JIO network in the campus which is very annoying. The library has lots of books. The food served isn't anything extraordinary. There's a small cafe inside the campus and there's 1 mess open to all students. The food is cheap and tasty. As far as sports are concerned, competitions are held for every sport once a year. There's 1 sports class held once a week - at least in the first year .
Faculty: The teachers are great. The quality of teaching is also satisfactory. I mean, on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it an 8. The lab sessions are given importance and are interactive. The assignments are also relevant. The syllabus is different from that of the SPPU Board since PCCOE is an autonomous college. There are 4 exams in 1 semester: 2 internal evaluations along with the mid-terms and end terms. So it's a lot of tests but it keeps the students on their toes. The exams aren't that easy. The college also doesn't hesitate to fail the students. In my year, I've seen almost 50 % of the students getting a backlog in at least 1 subject. Re-examinations are also conducted for the same.
Other: Honestly, this wasn't my first choice at all. I wanted to go to BITS Goa but missed the mark by 7 marks. I didn't study properly due to the whole covid situation. I got a 97.6 % in MH-CET and got into this college through the CAP round (general). The cut-off for general category is remarkably high and majority of the students are either from management or some quota. I'm glad I got the course I wanted - IT. The fests are nice - not that great. Boys and girls are made to sit separately. The campus is also pretty small. The crowd isn't that great either. There are clubs and teams you can join. The hostel is not that worth it. There are too many restrictions. You might have heard this before but it's literally like a school. You have uniforms too. If you have high expectations and want a great college life - like I did - you will be disappointed.
