College had good infrastructure and placement team.
Placements: About 70% students are placed and the highest package was 40 LPA the average package was about 5 LPA. Top recruiting company was Autodesk. Internship recruiters were Accenture and Amazon with a good stipend. This year we had around 900 offers come to the students and they were still going on.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was good almost everywhere on the campus. The labs were good with new equipment. Coming to the hostel, the food was average but compared to home, it was not up to the level. We have a dispensary in the college itself and an available nurse and we have a mineral water supply around the campus and a small solar plant in the main block.
Faculty: Teachers were knowledgeable and they were good with the explanation of the topics. Semesters were easy enough if we followed the faculty and assignments. The course curriculum was designed to obtain all the qualities required while in the engineering and it helps by providing both technical knowledge and general too.
Other: I am studying CSE AI in this college and every year we have fests like Prism, which are cultural to be specified with and we have the technical event named Strides, which is a participation event that enhances the student's way of thinking and elevates mental growth, like active participation and all.

Good college and friendly faculty.
Placements: About 80% of students get placed, with the highest salary being 20 lakhs per annum (LPA) and the average being 4 to 5 LPA. Companies that hire include HCL, Wipro, and others. The college provides good internships in artificial intelligence and machine learning (AIML), artificial intelligence and data science (AIDS), cybersecurity, computer science and engineering (CSE), electronics and communication engineering (ECE), mechanical engineering (MEC), and civil engineering (CIVIL). As an AIML engineer, the roles offered to me are related to my course of study, which is artificial intelligence engineering.
Infrastructure: The college environment is very good. The library is very good and has every book for our course. We get free wifi in the library. The classrooms are very big and good. The hostel is average, but the food is good. The canteen is very good for chit-chats. The college conducts sports events every year.
Faculty: The faculty and knowledgeable teaching staff are very good. They taught in a way that students could understand, and they were always willing to answer questions. Because our college is autonomous, the difficulty of the exams was better than those given by JNTU, and students were able to score a good percentage.
Other: I chose the course because in the future AI engineers will have a good opportunity in the software field.

A fine college where you can improve your knowledge.
Placements: Based on my observations, placements at Pragati are good. If you're aiming for an on-campus job, you need to maintain a good academic profile and have knowledge of coding platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, etc. I believe these profiles play a significant role during placement drives. So, my suggestion is to start learning coding practically as early as possible.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent, but the management could improve it. In my opinion, the canteen food is reasonably priced, and the quality is good. The lab facilities are also good, equipped with well-configured personal computers. Currently, Pragati has only a boys' hostel on campus.
Faculty: The faculty is good, especially in my department. Learning depends on the individual. I think the pass percentage is between 85% to 95%. The curriculum is relevant, but it doesn't guarantee that everyone will be industry-ready—it all depends on the student's capabilities.

It was the best college I had ever seen. Best teaching with high placements and friendly atmosphere.
Placements: Almost 90% of students get placed every year in our college and the highest package in our college still now is 40 LPA. Recently, a girl from 2024 batch is placed in Autodesk and the lowest package is 2.2 LPA and the average package is 4.2 LPA. Companies like TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, and Capgemini conduct campus drives every year in our college, where many of our college students are placed, Almost 90% of students got virtual internships in companies like Google, IBM, Salesforce, etc. Students applied to these internships through eduskills portals and got internships. Finally, the top roles offered to our course are system engineer, web developer, software developer, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college has nice infrastructure which provides different facilities like well-equipped laboratories and in every classroom, digital boards are available as the ventilation is good to our classrooms. Our campus is covered with trees and the gardens are well maintained by gardeners. Coming to the hostel, hostel rooms are so spacious, provided with study tables, beds, and cupboards. They are so suitable to study because of the peaceful environment and there is no ragging in our hostel.
Faculty: The faculty is very supportive and highly qualified and they helped us complete various internships and projects, encourage us to participate in different competitions, and help us get scores. Some courses, like advanced math, engineering, or science classes, may have more challenging exams due to the complexity of the material.
Other: Basically, I am from artificial intelligence I chose this course as it is the trending technology which will rule the entire world in future and help me grab good job opportunities. This course is very interesting compared to other courses. It would be better if the outdated syllabus were removed from our curriculum and new subjects related to current technologies were introduced. It will be good if the students are provided with hands-on experience on technologies. Every year, a grand fest is celebrated in our college named "Prism," in which all our college students participate very actively. We also welcome students from other colleges, which helps us make more connections with students. Our college also encourages extra curricular activities likes sports and conducts various sports competitions every year, which helps to inculcate sportiveness and competitiveness in us.

Satisfied because of placements, internships, labs, and library.
Placements: The maximum number of students are placed in my college and they were placed in Amazon, Flipkart, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, etc. The highest package of the 2023-2024 year is 40 LPA and the lowest package is 2 LPA. The average package of my college is 4 LPA. 80% of students are getting placements in Pragati Engineering College. In the academic year of 2023-2024, the batch of students got 1418 placements in top companies.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi doesn't exist in my college but every system has an internet connection in labs. Infrastructure is good. Labs and classrooms are clean and good. The library was too good in Pragati Engineering College. I don't know about hostels, but hostel fees are very high for middle-class students.
Faculty: The faculty is also good at Pragati Engineering College but they didn't teach in detail or depth. The course curriculum is okay for students getting placements on campus. Semester examinations were strict. Examination rooms were good and semester examinations were conducted strictly and properly. Semester exam papers are easier than JNTUK exam papers. Pass percentage of exams is 33%.
Other: I chose the AI course because it is trending and has scope in the future. And so many opportunities have arisen in AI Base. Events and fests happen with a large crowd of students. Scholarship is provided by the Andhra Pradesh government. I am also a fee-reimbursement student, and I'm eligible for the POST METRIC Scholarship.
