Placements: As an MS student, we had to struggle a lot during the placements. PGDM students get the leverage because they have regular mock and GD sessions. Also, the placements for operations are not that good. The college is famous for its marketing placement. Various banks like microfinance bank visit the college for recruitment.
Placements: Placements are yet to start for us, but I feel that there is a lot of competition to get placed, as the batch strength is of 700 students in total. So, it is a big task for us to get placed with a double-digit salary, that is, above 10 LPA.
Placements: Well-reputed companies visit our college to hire students. Our major recruiters are from sectors like BFSI, IT, and retail. Overall, the placement scenario in our college is quite satisfactory. There are 100% placements. Welingkar tries its best to get the students placed.
Placements: Our college says that there are 100% placements, but a student has to put in his/her efforts and make the best out of it. RBA is an upcoming course is what I feel. Hence, I choose this course as it is perfect and according to my interests. Placements in our college are good because Welingkar is reputed in the corporate field.
Placements: The course has just started 3 months ago, and the college has started grooming us for placements already. There are a lot of alumni sessions conducted for making us aware of the various sectors we can target. Companies have also started coming for summer internships. One of my classmates got selected for a summer internship in an MNC with a stipend of Rs. 50,000 per month. The college offers internships to all the students. There is a very efficient placement cell which strives to place every st...
Placements: I am currently in first year of my course. My senior batch will start with their placements in November. From the last batch that was placed, the highest package was of 17 LPA which was bagged by a student of Rural management. The average placement package was between 7 LPA to 8 LPA. The placements at Welingkar Mumbai are centralised. Almost the entire batch was placed while some opted out to start their own ventures. For internships we have companies from various sectors some providing the high...
Placements: Placements in the college are good for other programs but not for healthcare as only a few pharma companies visit the campus for placements. There is a lot of competition as it has open placements, so other programme students also apply to the pharma companies which is a problem for the students who are studying the healthcare course. The students who want to enter in pharma, then this leads to more competition for them.
Placements: Placement opportunities are aplenty and one need not worry too much if profile is good enough. Although average package is around 7.5 LPA so ROI is not that encouraging given the fees of 11 Lacs that one has to pay. Also placement process are handled by a dedicated group of people hired by college so student involvement is pretty low.
Placements: I am from the pioneer batch of media and entertainment course, and the placement season is on in the campus right now. About 20% of the batch is placed with the highest CTC around 11 LPA and the average around 6.5LPA. Students are placed in most of the IT, FMCG and retail companies although most of the media and advertising companies are also coming for placement. 100% of students got an internship. The highest stipend was around Rs. 15,000, and the lowest was Rs. 5,000. The college has its own ...
Placements: The was a placement season, and the highest package offered was 10-12 LPA. Not many students from my batch got placed. Many companies came for finance and marketing specialisation. The lowest package offered to students was 4 LPA.
Placements: CMC handles the placement process. It brings in companies from all domains, and the package I received is very good, and you can expect a good ROI out of your investments made in terms of fees. Good finance companies have also visited this year. Placement week starts in November and lasts till all the students get placed.
Placements: The placement season has declined in this season as compared to previous year. It’s a big challenge for freshers as companies prefer candidates with experience. The companies coming for marketing is mostly for sales. The average placement is 8 LPA. But this time it has come down to 6 LPA which is a great steep. The companies should start giving more opportunities to freshers.
Placements: Starting with the Summer internships, all the students from marketing, operations and HR got an internship through the college, but the finance students had a hard time getting one. In fact, most of them had to search one on their own. The stipend was offered in almost all the marketing internships, but hardly anybody from the finance got an internship with the stipend. The final placements were good for our senior batch (2015-17), but the scene is quite blurred this year (2016-18). I cannot say...
Placements: Placements for our senior batch were excellent. For our batch, the placements have not been very great but they are not bad as well. The average package is around 6-7 Lacs. Majority of the companies come with pan India roles. Students are not allowed to negotiate packages or locations.
Placements: The placements are good as various companies are coming to the campus. Apart from pharmaceutical firms and consulting companies, healthcare students also will get into banking and management consulting space, real estate with few entrepreneurs with their business ideas.
Placements: The placements for seniors were good with average packages with 8-10 lakhs per annum. Especially marketing companies offered attractive packages and companies like Accenture, Madhura garments, McDonald's, M&M, HDFC bank, GEP, EY, ICICI, Deloitte and much more with attractive job positions on sales and marketing, financial services, HR talent acquisition and recruitment covering all specializations with wide choices of profiles. Not only for core PGDM and MMS but also for other branches like Medi...

Placements: About 20 to 25 % students are placed till now from the senior batch. And, for our summer internships also 30 % of the students got placed. The highest salary offered till now is about Rs. 12-13 lakhs on an average, but the salary offered is about 6-7 lakhs. For the internships the highest stipend offered will be Rs. 40,000. Mainly the marketing companies are coming for the campus placement as they the role of the sales.
Placements: The placement season for my senior's batch is currently in process. Till now, approximately 250 students have got placed out of 600 odd people. This figure is the whole batch of MMS & PGDM. Though currently, the figure is low, it is expected to increase as the regular recruiters are yet to visit the campus. The highest salary offered till now is in the range of 13-14 LPA. The companies which have recruited are AC Nielsen, Deloitte, Accenture, HIL, KPMG, Wipro, Reliance Retail and Banks like Kota...
