Rajiv Gandhi College of Research and Technology is an excellent campus.
Placements: About 300 to 400 students will study at Rajiv Gandhi College. Every branch has 72 to 100 students. Students get a salary package of about 3.5 LPA to 12 LPA. Vedantu company visits here for campus selection. About 25 students get internships from our college.
Infrastructure: Rajiv Gandhi College has 55 campuses. There is a Wi-Fi facility on the campus for teachers and professors, but students are not allowed to use Wi-Fi. Hostels are not much good. Rajiv Gandhi has a ground of about 30 acres, along with a football ground and cricket ground.
Faculty: Rajiv Gandhi College of Research and Technology is 35 years old. Teachers here are well experienced like they have about 10 to 20 years of experience. Some teachers are new and teach better. Students understand what they teach.

It has good infrastructure and teachers. But the management was worst, and fee charge was high.
Placements: On average, about 40% of students got placed from our branch. The companies like TCS, Vedanta, Wipro Ltd and CTPS are a frequent recruiter for the mechanical stream. Salary offered can vary based on overall class performance and individual performance. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 12,000 per month and the highest salary offered was Rs. 35,000 per month. The average salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. Project engineer, supervisor and analyst were the roles offered with a salary package ranging from 2 LPA to 3 LPA. The college doesn't provide any internship.
Infrastructure: RCERT has a vast campus where all departments are constructed separately. As you enter from the main gate, you can see a front main building of 3 floors. The college had its Wi-Fi but not for students. There was a library in the main building itself on the 3rd floor. College was well-equipped and had many labs like for fluid mechanics, the strength of materials, engineering drawing, electronic lab as well as English Lab. The college had its hostel for both boys and girls with mess facility. There was a sports department, two canteens, and gym available on campus.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very knowledgeable and helpful. All the faculty members are quite experienced, and many of them are IITians and PhD holders. Their teachings skills are like other teachers only, but a few make the lecture interesting with their jokes. For a semester faculty members will cover up to 60% to 80% of the syllabus and the rest should but don't by the students. Sometimes they provide us with written notes. But that surely doesn't make any student industry-ready.

Review of Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering, Research and Technology.
Placements: Almost 30-40% of the students are selected through the campus placements. The highest salary package offered is 8.9 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Vedanta for mining engineering, Infotech and Infosys for computer engineering and many more visited the college. All the students should have to do a mandatory internship programme. They can do internships in college or in any IT company.
Infrastructure: The college library is located in a spacious new building of 9000 sq. ft. The library is open to students, and staff members from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm on all working days. The library has a rich collection of around 52,600 volumes of textbooks, reference books, national and international journals in all branches of engineering, science, technology, management and general studies, and the collection is ever increasing. The books are classified according to Dewey Decimal Classification Scheme. The open-access system is followed in the library. The digital library provides online resources for students interested in computer-assisted learning. The electronic library section now has a rich collection of more than 3500 CD-rooms. Photocopying facility is available in the library. A nominal charge is collected for photocopying service.
Faculty: Cornell engineering offers 14 majors, which naturally overlap and share many of the same labs, clean rooms, and other facilities in the college. Given the interdisciplinary structure of the college, the possibilities for specialisation are practically endless. For undergraduates in College of Engineering, the first three semesters typically consist of what's known as the common curriculum, which includes foundational courses in maths, science, and engineering concepts. Students are ready to begin specialising by the beginning of the second semester of the sophomore year, applying to their major of choice in a process called affiliation.
Other: Mechanical engineering makes you versatile. Mechanical engineers are just not said as versatile or multi-talented people because they have a proficient degree in hand but also because of their occupational knowledge in various fields such as mathematics, electricity, computer applications, physics, etc. Additionally, they have other social knowledge of multiple things working in the industry.
