Ram Lal Anand College, University of Delhi is an average college.
Placements: Placements are good for B.Com and B.A. courses but not that good for the computer science course. Every year they held a placement drive for a month where different companies visit the college for placements. Some students are offered good salary packages.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is okay. There is a well-maintained canteen, which serves good food at reasonable prices. Our college shares the main outside ground and indoor sports area with another college, but it was good. A specific hostel is not provided by the college, but there is one on the South campus near the college.
Faculty: The examination system is top-notch, as well as the marking scheme for internals. They held semester-wise examinations under the University of Delhi jurisdiction. The student portals and the examination portals are well-maintained. I never faced any system cash or site cash issue there. Faculty members are also good here.
Other: Campus life is amazing. Fests and events are organised here. Everything was good here. Near the college students will find Satya Niketan hub to hang out and it has many PGs and hostels for students.

Strong infrastructure, engaging faculty, and thriving community.
Placements: Ram Lal Anand College has a placement cell that provides good job opportunities for students in well-known companies. Ram Lal Anand College placement creates a benchmark with the increasing placement rate and more students getting placed with higher packages than last year.
Infrastructure: Ram Lal Anand College offers various facilities to students. Ram Lal Anand College has a well developed infrastructure with many amenities. The campus infrastructure is spread across 10 acres with beautiful green gardens and buildings. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. College facilities include a playground, state-of-the-art laboratories, a cafeteria, a library, a seminar room and an Amphitheatre.
Faculty: The faculty members are knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects. They encourage questions and foster an engaging classroom environment. Most professors are approachable and willing to help outside of class. Exams are generally fair and reflect the material taught in class, though some could be more aligned with the practical applications discussed.
Other: The college conducts various fests and workshops that enhance the college life of a student to an extent and the college allows us to build our characters outside the curriculum and helps us to create and organize various events.

Detailed analysis of RLAC by a senior.
Placements: Approximately 2–3 students get placed in college and most students don't even have the confidence to sit for the placement. The college has a placement cell, which can help students get placed. Students and teachers are still working to make it good. I hope they will be able to do it soon.
Infrastructure: The faculty was good but the infrastructure, according to the fee structure, was considered the worst. No hostel facility was available for the students, which they must provide. If you want to pursue a B.Sc. with honors in computer science, you should consider RLAC as your last choice.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable but the success of students depends on not only teachers but on students too. Teachers are very competent and help students with all their doubts. Teachers help students solve all their doubts.

Really a good place for students who are seeking to enjoy campus life along with their studies.
Placements: In the beginning of our final year, around 25 companies arrived at our college for placement. It's not a very big placement drive. Only 25–30 students got placement in different courses, not only computer science. The average package offered by companies was around 3 LPA and the highest was 6 LPA. In our course, the top recruiting company was TCS. From 2 and a half years onwards, many students got internships; some of them got in the du, which was known as the vice chancellor internship program, and some of them did it at a private firm.
Infrastructure: When I got admission to RLAC at that time, the infrastructure was not that good but in the last 2 years, it's really improved. You will get water and Wi-Fi in the college until the college is open until the evening. And I will say our college library is the biggest on the South campus, with different types of books and facilities like air conditioning. The classrooms were pretty average, not very good. Just like a normal classroom with a fan and a smartboard. The computer labs were equipped with the newly launched i12 CPUs and big-screen monitors, but some of them were very old, but it was a fine experience. The sports facilities were also very good; you will get all the sports equipment there in the sports room and the play ground at RLAC is nice to play any sport. The medical facilities are also good but not the best.
Faculty: The faculty of our department were highly qualified and they were good at their jobs. I mean, a few of them were average but most of our teachers were good; their way of teaching was easy to understand. Our teachers were very helpful towards the students; they cooperated with them. The course curriculum is very old; it's not according to modern needs; they need to amend the syllabus but still they are teaching the same 14-year-old topics. It does not make students industry-ready. The semester exams were of moderate level and the passing marks were 40 theory+practical out of 150 .
Other: I chose to do CS Just because of DU I wanted admission to DU at that time, that's all. So new syllabus has been released by du for the 22nd batch according to nep and that's syllabus is pretty good I hope they improve it more and make students industry-ready. The college fests were awesome. Many big singers and movie stars appeared in our 24 Fest, and there were large gatherings at that time so the fest in our college is good.

Average college, campus life, and student crowd.
Placements: Placement is average; most of the company were BPOs. The average package was like 2–3 lacs; there were no such top companies like TCS and Wipro. If people want to seek placement there, they need to go to LinkedIn and apply for some company where they can do an internship.
Infrastructure: The best thing is their library, which is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., so students can study. The Wi-Fi labs were really nice. There is no such postal service available in this college and mess; if you want, you can rent Satya Niketan, which is about 1.7 km from the college.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful and qualified and their teaching methods were really good. Rating their teaching quality, it is about 8 out of 10. they clear up all the doubts about the topic; if you want to know more, you can ask them. The first semester and second semester of college were smooth, but focus on the last semester as you have an internship.
Other: I took this course (computer science) because it is very demanding in the world and has a really agreed-upon future.
